Great video...demonstrating how YOUR bag is packed for YOUR needs....and that’s critical. I don’t pack what YOU have...You don’t pack what I have...we both pack some of the same items...but we customize to our requirements...and your video shows that perfectly
A lot of people don’t understand that concept and then get irritated because I’m not carrying what they think I should. Lol. If it’s of no use to me, why would I carry it? Thanks for watching.
Wow nice. After seeing a few of your kits I got to say you do a great job selecting items that make sense to put each kit. As for the Moab 6 bag that looks amazing for EDC. I'm using the Proper Bail Out Bag and it's about that size but is not the quality of 5.11. I still like it especially with the hook and loop interior that I can stick small pouches to and keep organized in the main compartment. I've owned a 5.11 Rush 24 for years and it's next level quality. I can tell it will be with me for the next 20 years or longer.
I love my Moab 6. I’d go as far as saying that the quality even exceeds my Maxpedition pack. I just ordered a Hazard 4 - Plan B 17 that will be here on Monday. I had a chance to check one out at a friends recently and I think it may be the pack that retires my Moab 6, at least for now. You should check it out. Hazard 4 makes some great stuff.
I’ve started filling a Moab6 for car-carry. Kind of tertiary-carry. But I like the squarish (different) look. Maybe even stackable? I’m looking to place maxpedition Skinny’s in the main compartment (maybe tools, tech, med, & fun? (Cards, dice, uno, etc)).
I love mine. I just don’t like or use the sling. I use it as a mini range back for pistols only. I’m thinking about making into a gun cleaning kit. I too, am getting away from the tactical look.
I can’t remember the name of the color. I know that after I ordered mine I couldn’t find another anywhere. It’s really just a grey. The lighting gave it a blue tint. The color MAY have been called coyote. But I could be mistaken.
you are a handy guy to have around... when you said... i don't like fliming myself and then you pulled out a selfie stick that you never use, i laughed =P - good video man!
Which is best , the bag, the bag contents or both? Because in the video you don't sound convinced of any of them being "random", "never used" or "considering changing to another bag".
It was like the 2nd or 3rd video I’d ever made. I just wasn’t comfortable with the camera. It wasn’t a video about what was best. It was about the bag that I was carrying daily and the stuff that was in it. Again, stuff I used on a daily basis. I wasn’t trying to judge anything.
You didn't show the CCW pocket and the backside zipped pocket. Do you not use those? Or just didn't want to show what's inside? Love the bag, had mine for a few years now. If you still like that bag style need more room for laptop, and don't mind the tactical look, I would suggest the 5.11 Rush 12 2.0
Honestly I just don’t use the secret pocket or rear pocket. I’ve heard too many stories of the the Velcro on the CCW pocket wearing out so, I just leave it empty.
@@NEP_Chris No affront intended. I defend your right of choice. Thought I would ask nicely before someone else was rude. I, an old boomer. Been prepping all my life.
@@leebornaman5508 lol. I’m not youngin’ either. Lol. I don’t carry only because I can’t afford too right now given the current circumstances. Gotta feed the kids before I can spend on myself. I fully intend to in the near future though. As for the knife, I own several MUCH larger options. Alas, 3in carry law in my neck of the woods. And I took no offense to your reply! Thanks for checking my vid out. I’m still learning how to make a proper video 😁
@@NEP_Chris Wow!!!! You guys better knock it off!!!! There's no place on the internet for respectful conversation!!!! Lol!!! Good job to both of you!!!!
Shit taste in books but everything else is pretty good, at least for your field, I suppose. I would do without the computer-related tools and fit more every day urban tools instead, and I really don't mind how it hangs on the back. Quite snug and inconspicuous actually. Thanks for the showcase, I've made my purchase!
@@NEP_Chris I guess it's preference. I was at 5.11 store and chatted with a guy who had LV10. He had a MOAB6 and ditched it for LV10 for same reasons. It's not terrible but it's just not working for me.
@@nebelwerfer199 I don’t carry at the moment. NY is a weird state in that regards. In the future when I do, I will switch packs. I have a Viktos sling that is perfect for it.

I have this bag and it's a great bag it's holds enough stuff and then some
A nice realistic every day bag dump. Not the typical prepper style survival bag dump. Just what i was looking for. ✌😎

Good video. Hand sanitizer doesn't do what it's supposed to do. I used it just for cuts & nothing else
I got mine today, its amazing
Love the patch!

Cool bag and well thought out gear! Cheers!
Great video. Would've been neat to see how it sits on your person as well =)
It’s a great pack but it sits very low on your back. I’ve always just carried it by the handle.
@@NEP_Chris thnx for taking the time answering =)
What color is this this Moab? Looks like a cool blueish color but I don't see a similar color on 511 website. :(

Surprised how much you're able to carry in there. Nice review
Thanks!
What solar charger is that ??
Great table top reviews.

How did strap the strap down on the back of the bag?

This is about half the size of my Hazard 4 slingpack.
I also have the Hazard 4 Plan B sling pack. It’s much larger but I think the Moab 6 holds a bit more.
@@NEP_Chris This would make addition to my ALICE pack large, MOLLE-2 large and Hazard 4 Plan B slingpack.
MOAB = Mother Of All Bags ...LOL
Love it. So many great ideas. Thanks for sharing. I want to do an EDC video soon, but mines ridiculous
Thanks! Glad you liked it!
Awesome video
Thanks!
What brand is the solar power bank?
very nice ! good lookinh bag!

can it fit ipad pro 11"?
I believe it would fit just fine. I’ll check tomorrow for you!

So, your weapon, extra mag, and real knife are on your person?
Well done on the video.
I don’t carry a firearm and I have no use for a bigger knife. And thanks.

I got this bag and I regret getting it. Very uncomfortable slung and CCW pouch barely big enough for a compact pistol.
Weird. I love it. Fits everything I need and has always been comfortable, once I figured out the appropriate way to carry it.

I hate to see that leni robredo ad.
Not sure what you mean.
Too bulky for an every day carry.
Maybe for you but it’s what I used on a daily basis between work and home. Not all EDC is one size fits all.
Poor bag review.
