Assuming this build does not take into account the Fen'harel statues you could be online with it as early as level 30 with 10 skill points from those statues. It would be nice to have some clarification in the video if you need X amount of statue points or if it is without those.
Veil ranger is the most powerful rogue build in the game. It's completely broken. Early game I run it with two slow time mages and use rain of decay to help with bosses and prevent becoming overwhelmed. The one thing I don't like about veil ranger is I enjoy the melee rogue more. I also don't want the game to be too easy. But to each their own.
I haven't tried this yet but maybe Davrin orTaash, maybe both, would suit the this build that focuses on those sniper-like weak point hits? Games like this always seem to concentrate opponents on you because you're the player and mostly ignore companions, which I find somewhat frustrating and just a little bit like the devs are trolling you. Davrin and Taash have 'Taunt' abilities that can keep aggro off you. Davrin has BattleCry and Taash has Dragon's Roar. I just finished a major fight against, let's say a large opponent to avoid being too ;spoilerly;, and found it very difficult to get a weak point hit because the opponent seemed laser-focused on me because I'm the player and kept hitting me with wide-area this that spoiled aiming or staggered me, and that was while using Hunter's Focus to slow time. I think I'll try Taash or Darrvinn with their Taunt abilities and see if those Taunts actually do work.
There is a passive every time u pickup a new attack combo u get +10% weapon damage. For example picking up hunters focus has a passive of 10% weapon damage. U cant see this effect untill u press details. When i found this, i immediatly respecced and made a sick duelist build!
This works so well. I don’t even have the bow on the highest level. But as soon as you got a few weakpoint hits, every shot after is dmg capped with only one charge😂
@KhrazeGaming I cant decide between Forest Guardian's Veil and Recruits War Hat... seems like the war hat would be better for harder encounters and maybe even over all. Any suggestions or opinion?
Almost reached level 30 as a rogue, I want to try as an archer, but I took the ravens faction. Does it make sense to replay from 0, just because of the faction or not?

You can't copyright well established tropes in fiction. Or did you also think Warrior, Wizard, Rogue, Mage, Paladin, etc... where all copyright to be used by a single author or company?

I dropped my mage and switched to Rogue and it has been a ton more fun for me. I was playing the spellblade mage but it felt too methodical with the attack chains. The rogues combat is more dynamic and fun for me. However mana for the mage isn't lost when you get hit and momentum for the rogue is lost when you're hit so that can lead to some situations where you keep getting attacked and feel like you can't do anything to break out of it.
@coreyforbes1063 thx I really appreciate this you just described exactly what I chose lol I was spellblade mage. So on my PS5 I'm going to switch to Rogue and on my ROG Ally X I'm going to try the warrior class as well

@@MrOzzi18 thank you! I just restarted. I was about 20 hours in warrior/quinari, and just wasn’t in the vibe. Now I’m a bow shooting elf and feel so much more in the fantasy character atmosphere
Maybe they patched it I don't know. But whenever you tried to aim with a bow it was always slightly nudging up and throwing aim off. I think I had to put sensitivity to the max and it made it better. But I don't play it anymore it was f'ing boring. Good character creator though

Is it possible to do Finishers as a Veil Ranger? Because many skills you take go on Finishers

@dazecm I had that issue against dock town champion (I was level 15) but it constantly only went for me

@@YukitoEiri you can respec your talent points at any time in this game. Your backstory faction has no impact on gameplay. No need to start over.

@@ruairidhkoch7875 the requirements is to complete the cobbled swan quest, the quest for it comes up immediately after that at the lighthouse

You can still headshot shielded opponents--you see him doing it several times in this video :)

Mage is top tier rogue damage doesnt even come close endgame to what mages can do
Mage is easier to play. Less timing and multi-combo-clicking. Rogue is best for keyboard/controller skilled players.
sometimes, there are two or three damage indicators (for example, in the video at 0:50)... how does it work?
That’s extra arrows. After first headshot, your next bow shots will shoot multiple arrows at a time.

How is it random, it stacks weakpoint/crit gear and nodes and shoots people in the head...doing dmg cap dmg constantly while time is slowed.
