Gassed out on the skipping near the end but I use a weighted skipping rope. Managed to squeeze a little bit of time in on the heavy bag too so I can’t complain. Enjoy your Holidays too 💪👍

I am a practitioner of Martial Arts. My body, as a skinny person (ectomphorphus), and my age (50 years) tell me that perhaps I should do another type of training. MY mind or my soul (call it what you want) ask me to do workouts like the ones you propose. I am 184cm (6.037ft) tall and weigh 73kg (160.94lb). The one I use is a medium weight. Try not to get a rope too heavy or too light. Too light and you won't build the muscles in your back needed for a snappy punch. Hey man, found your channel a while ago, Do you prefere sprintung or running in terms of beign athletic? Im trying to manage both martial arts and train for my sport but I can't do it all in one week so just wanted to let you know whats better so I can start using one more.
Not the answer you’re looking for, but you need both. Nothing beats long, steady road to build your tank. And sprints will absolutely help explosiveness, strength, and those fast twitch muscles
jogging and sprinting for me are very essential!!! i do both but i'll do them together. so what i do is go out for a 3-5 mile jogg and in that time i'll do about 4-5 sprints. i'll never jogg/sprint/walk then jogg again. i'll jogg/ full blast sprint for about 50-6- yards then back to jogging. its harder but it helps. when im at the last 200 yards i'll increase my speed until im sprinting full blast for about 100 yards to end.
It fucks up your mind and organs, stay away from it, I jist recently stopped smoking weed, Im 33 been smoking non stop since I was 15, was never a huge drinker, but I would drink to get fucked up, I stopped everything 2 months ago and workout atleast 3-4 times per week and I feel AMAZING, mentally I feel ALOT happier and ofcourse working out also plays a huge roll in it and I just eat a little cpean, I eat more then when I use to smoke but less amounts amd more times a day and incorporate vegetables to most of my food, You dont need to b on a diet at all! Sorry for making it so long 😅
