Hey man.. I've been searching for this kind of channel for a while..finally happy to find the answers to my questions related to athletics..thanks a ton brother..🙏🏻🙏🏻😊😊
@@astralbeatz9950 because the actual number has no significance it's really within multiples of 5 for example doing your 5 rep max 10 rep max or 15 rep max for 10 sets would have drastically different changes, don't do that by the way unless you have a month to recover lmao
Training/learning aid for the Champion Stride: tape out a longer version of a set of hopscotch boxes. Put an L or R in the single boxes to cue the athlete which foot to land on in that box. Food for thought.
Great stuff! Really like the rebound push-ups! So much so that I wonder if there is anything similar on the "flip side of the coin". Do you have any suggestion of explosive upper-pulling exercise?
You know It's so impressive to see your 'just thumbnail' explaining on a board like a teacher who likes his own business and like to make things 'scientific'! I appreciate that and science very well! And Now I'm going to watch the video 'carefully'!🙂👌 Greetings from Egypt!👊🔥🇪🇬🇪🇬 and 'Subscribed'.
Hi where im from wrestlers do hindu pushups (dands) and squats in the 1000s in the form of sets and for bodyweight training and rope climibing , do you think this routine could be incorporated for someone at NCCA or olympic wrestling
There is definitely validation from that type of training, but it is also good to add explosive movements like Olympic Lifts and Dumbbell training for pummeling
Hey, you got a good vocabulary! So, I’ll shave my head bald and folliw you. I had knee surgery recently and since I am 65 abd overweight my nice orthopedist thinks I will not be able to do stuff like this, but I am going to surprise him! But…I am going to have to ease into some of this….before I surprise him..I have already list about 100 Lbs., and want to lose about 40 more.
The Thor program thoundth good but I'm a bit worried about ending up Thor. At prethent, I've got a Thor shoulder, a Thor back, a Thor neck, two Thor legs, Thor abs, Thor arms and a Thor brain.
Hello. Very nice video, congratulations ! I have a few questions and I will be glad if you answer them. What should be the rest between sets and what should be the rest between exercises? When is it good to train for explosive power if we train twice? In the morning, if we train purely strength with barbells, can we train explosive strength in the afternoon? Or explosive strength in the morning and barbells in the afternoon is the better option? Also if we are training for speed endurance, which would be better in the morning... Explosive power or speed endurance? Or if we decide to train speed and explosiveness in one day, which will come first? And finally, can we do the exercises for the lower part in one workout? thanks in advance :)
So, Champion Strides are basically mega hopscotch? I wonder if you could help uncoordinated athletes with that exercise by regressing them to hopscotch first.
Hey dane I am looking forward to see some drills and exercises exclusively for swimmers to have better performance in water. Amazing content as always ❤️
When using double leg bounds and exercise when you have to land after a jump and to jump straight after, how do you have to land ? On the heels ? The tip toes ? Front of the foot ? Because I am worried landed as shown in the video injures my lower backk
Hi, Dane! Just wanted to say I’m a huge fan. I’m a golfer (hence the name haha) but I started weight training this year and fell in love with it. Do you think training similar to a shot puter could help cultivate power in my golf swing since it’s rotary as well?
Yes but golf is more technique you’d have to strengthen the shoulder deltoid muscles that’s the only thing that can help your legs are strong enough only thing more is getting more stabile i guees but that’s probably technique wise rather than power
With explosive movement, you want to have enough rest between sets to make sure you can get as recovered as possible to put in the most effort on each set?
Day 22: The feds are on my back for quite some time now. I have now secluded myself in the mountains where no one will be affected by my uncontrollable exploding.
Idk if you’ll see this but I’m in a weird situation. I’m an infielder for a college baseball team, and my coach has stressed to me that I need to get faster. I’m basically the slowest guy on the team and he says he just can’t consistently start someone that slow. I’m good enough to start but it’s just my speed holding me back. I’m 6’1” 195 and I run an 7.9 60. 3 years ago I was 6’1” 170 running a 7.5 60. I’m definitely intrigued by some of the programs you have that I can do this summer. But what do you suggest I do with my weight?
I should also note that I’ve dropped weight from 180 to 160 before so I know how to lose weight effectively. I just don’t know the most efficient way to balance that with getting stronger and faster. Any help is much appreciated!
Hey Coach, I have a question or I just need some clarity. But firstly thanx for the great content. Should one do this exercises as a circuit workout in one session or is it just variety of exercises one can incorporate in ones schedules??

What’s your opinion on weighted atg jump squats for high reps for example 45 pound barbell then you’d do 4x20
Probably not as deep. Just above 90 and do it for sets of 10
I ususally do the dude's at right on 2:30 workout
The Thor program thoundth good but I'm a bit worried about ending up Thor. At prethent, I've got a Thor shoulder, a Thor back, a Thor neck, two Thor legs, Thor abs, Thor arms and a Thor brain.

Gonna put a big poster of Brian Jones up in my gym
Look at the guy collapsed over the ghd at 2:31 😂😂😂
