I'm absolutely finished, this was tougher than I ever expected. I had to take about 40secs in-between most of the exercises, and I feel like I did some incorrectly due to improper form and fatigue. Feel like absolute shit, I'm going to do this everyday if possible.

Haha at least you know worked hard mate. This is meant to be difficult mate, 10 explosive exercises in 10 minutes it’s going to be tough. I train all the time mate and have done for years so don’t judge it against me. Amend the working and rest times if you need to. These workouts are for your own benefit and not one else’s. Keep up the hard work 👍
