Get it, Lily! Way to take charge of your own health 🎉🎉🎉 WHY DID THAT HOSPITAL TAKE ORGANS FROM A PERSON WHO DIED FROM AN UNKNOWN ILLNESS?!? That seems like a common sense no brainer. (I’m glad they got answers in the end, but what a dumb move)
Thank you soooo much... you're stories mostly gave me some pointers and notes on what to check and what to do next if the same things will happen... Thank you so much more power to you... and GOD BLESS YOU!!!
Lilly had bonding done on her teeth, not veneers. Veneers are made of porcelain and is a two and a half week process. Bonding can be done in 1 appointment, and it also contains acrylic, which I never knew, and I've worked in dentistry for a long time.
I developed mouth irritation 8 years ago. After seeing multiple dentists, ENTs, dermatologists, and more doctors I found out I am allergic to palladium. It is a metal used in dental work. I have redone most of dental work I had, including 11 crowns! I still have irritation every day but not as bad
This is so unfortunate, as palladium like titanium is deemed to be inert in a patient's body, and those metals are extremely durable and flexible, while being just not too heavy - as needed in areas of high torsion or abrasion stress, like for knee or hip implants, or tooth replacements (dentures, bridges, implants). Those materials are just everywhere... I hope that you feel well again, and that you have at least some money left after what that ordeal must have cost you - first in with' em, and then out again, and over such a long time! You are a very strong person to have endured all this trouble!!!
@@susanmyers4029 it's just my luck! I've worked with chemicals in the beauty industry for over 20 years and I'm just fine, but you never know huh? I pray it never happens to me or anyone else. We put our bodies through so much to feel beautiful! Lol
Good to see you are awake, more Australians need to be. I like how you don't just believe something because you are told too. Those long nails are terrible anyway and a turn off for most guys
I really don't think so? But I don't know for sure. I just know that its extremely strict normally, it all has to go through a registry and lots of committees and red tape. I know of a guy that didn't get a new liver that he was approved to get because he had one alcoholic drink. He wasn't allowed to drink at all for like, a year before the new liver and when they found out he did, he went from the top of the list to the bottom. So it doesn't seem right at all.
@@glorianyambok7405 I can't say for 100% certain of course but it just doesn't seem right. Like, even the rules for donating blood in my country are extremely strict. Let alone actual organs. To transplant a sick organ seems very negligent.
@@Danica.Powell Thanks. In my opinion you and others are right. I believe organ donation in countries that allow the practice should have standards. The challenge would be compliance.

It's not like she had cosmetic surgery and breast implants. Nice teeth are important to anyones looks and general health. You don't know about allergies until you're exposed
It is quite interesting that you only say that about Lily. As if Rohan wasn't being vain. All they wanted to do was to look nice. Don't you ever feel like looking at your best? Never deserved any of what happened to them.
I thought the first story was bad but when I listened to the second story and that boy died because he had to much protein in his body that made his body shut down in the first place and caused many problems at that before he died. And on a side note I have a you tube channel type in Russell Mills May 22, 2017 to find me.
TBH, I suspect that’s what those new self-delete assistance programs are all about. For example, “Feeling sad? Try the government’s MAID program! (We could use the spare parts).” IIRC, the West can’t keep up with the organ demand, and China has an edge because of its forced harvesting. Heck, there’s an entire industry around collected foreskins from babies - so many boys are being permanently desensitized (mutilated) for profit, which blows my mind that it’s still allowed today.
What I've learned from being an organ doner is that my step dad got hit by a SUV while he was riding a bike the girl was going really fast and didn't stop .his body was broken all over there was no saving him but the hospital kept him alive for a week and three days just to harvest his organs . Wouldn't let him die!! His poor body began to turn black and swell he didn't look nothing like what he did when he was alive. I didn't understand why not just let the man die . But I never did any true research on what all would really happen if one was to die especially unexpectedly and how the process of harvesting organs would go down. It was an eye opener but I'd really hope thats not true that they literally kill u just for another with more money .I hope they do it based on probability meaning this person that is the organ doner is on the verge of death if we do bring them back they will either be a vegetable or they are just prolonging death . Now the kid or semi healthy person in the next room and or hospital only needs this liver, kidney, and the baby down the road needs eyes and part of a lung in order to live a long life..which route would you take?? I know which one I would but it's not up to me to play God id like to think someone with that kinda power or responsibility would think like I do and help the family or families to better understand even under stress and hard tomes
Nearly 20 years ago my doctor didn't believe believe me when I told her that the cholesterol meds made my feet and legs burn. She tried to blame it on my nonexistent diabetes. 5-10 years later it was found to be a very common uncommon allergic reaction.
Did Lily never think to take a bath instead of the shower? A good long soak in an oatmeal bath would have been soothing. It's not a cure, but could have made her considerably more comfortable, at least until the cause of her skin ailment could be identified. One would think any dermatologist worth their salt would have made that recommendation. Another failing of the medical world of the U.S. Rohan's case is so very sad. The takeaway here is, we need to be very careful as to what we put into our bodies. People are sacrificing their health, for what, for vanity's sake. With everything we take these days, we have to fully research before introducing it to our bodies, whether prescribed meds, dental procedures that add something unnatural, or supplements. It's so important to investigate all possible side effects, no matter how rare. If they're mentioned at all, they're possible.
I'm hear to tell you that oatmeal baths do absolutely NOTHING for severe reactions. Besides making a huge mess, that you now have to wash off of your terribly irritated/sore skin. My daughter and I have severe allergies to many things, and not once did an oatmeal bath do a single thing to help. It only helps with extremely mild reactions. You'd be better off just applying ice packs to the irritated areas. Anytime either of us had a severe reaction, the only relief came from meds, topical and oral, and ice packs. Ice helped so much, that I ended up purchasing extremely large ice packs to have on hand when needed.
I’m allergic to one brand’s mix of UV resin. That was a bi-- to single out. The rash was slow to show up (2-3 days), and the itch was deep and unbearable. I had to perform my own skin test to narrow it down.
I can’t believe they would harvest organs from a recipient and not know what killled him. That would have been my first question to the Dr when asked to donate my son’s organs. If you don’t know, then the answer is NO! Are you really that stupid would have been my second question. Unbelievable.
Honestly with no disrespect, you can’t please everyone. I listen to the videos without watching so for someone like me it’s perfect. I’d say it’s because it’s intended as a podcast

Seriously dont understand harvesting organs of the deceased, when the cause of their death is unknown. Crazy!
That’s what I thought. How could they do that? It’s not like he was in an accident.
You cannot use organs from a dead person.

Yes Veneers are not acrylic! And take longer than one day. You're right
I had veneers and they fell off. So I had composite veneers on four front teeth, they look great.
