Can you please do this in a "no music" version? I love your training videos, I just would like to see more of these with no music so I can rock out to my own tunes (no offence :) )
This is about my third or fourth GCN indoor session. What I love about them is there are many options based on your need and capacity (time and intensity). Sitting over in Canada but having access to these incredible sessions facilitated by an engaging, motivating, and coaching instructor is certainly appreciated. I look forward to finding a new session each morning! Thank you!
All of the GCN Spin videos are amazing. I am on my Spin bike several times a week training with the GCN videos. I get in a very strenuous work out every time. The time and intensity cues on screen, and super motivation from Manon (one of the best instructors ever) are what keep me coming back. Thanks very much! Gary (from Burlington, Ontario).
I love these gcn sessions.after a serious full gas accident on the oval track,torn shoulder broken ribs ,broken hand ,torn sternum cartilage and concussion not to mention the grazes from a concrete surface it was these sessions that helped me to rekindle my love for the bike.Thank you!

Always excited when the see a new spin session and this didn't dissapoint, going full gas for the r 40 seconds and then having to wait a further 10 standing up just shows you that you always hav 10more 😉👍 keep them coming. Would love to donate something to keep the channel going

Loved it but tough as I have not been working out for a couple of weeks due to injury. Loved the music but I have a pressure headache now so think I pushed myself a bit too much! Thanks guys 👍

Sessions are good as ever but I don't understand why you won't put the upcoming cadence on the graphic showing effort and time, with some sessions it's really key to know whether you'll be changing up or down
You are the best! I bought my bike and didn't know how to get the best out of my cycling. Tuning to you youtu.be channel has been extremely helpful. The pain in my knees is gone after 3 weeks and my feet has come back to life!
