yes , i am happy to find this- i was in an accident 8 years ago - it took me years to walk again, i now can ride a bike- but i'm 60 yr.s and the injuries are still daily pain - plus other difficulties. So many people said -- you should do yoga - but there is cost - and the NA version of yoga is so different - like are you kidding - i cannot put my head down to the floor- like EVER- i will black out. i still need to meditate and receives stresses from my mind an d body - this one is good.
I cannot tell you how much this short video has helped me. I have played it back to back for 30 mins some times just to save myself from a full blown panic attack and at times calm me down from one. She says all the right things to get me focused and out of my head. Thank you so much.

Hi, yes, if you don't have much time during the day, perhaps you could carve out 5-10 minutes when you first wake up to do some breathing. Try waking up 5-10 minutes earlier and doing this video, or just taking 5-10 deep breaths... in through the nose, out through the mouth. Hope that helps. ❤
i suffer the worst case of anxiety -- i tried it and it helps - i have problem with breathing -- and want to know if there is anyway to better control it without feel like i am suffocating
What I try to do is remember whenever when I take deep breathes, the heart follows and calms itself and the mind also follows. Focus on how relaxed ur body feels when ur breathing instead of focusing on the breathing itself. Pray to God before meditation. Leave all ur stress with him. Cry if u have to. But it will get better. Hope this helps.

My PE teacher sent me this to "calm down" after making my class do a 30 minute kickboxing session. I'm in pain, meditation ain't gonna help.
