I was having anxiety and it keeps coming in waves of unpleasant feeling, suddenly come and go without i cant control them. What's worse is that my brain keep searching for the unpleasant feelings. I opened youtube and found this video and try this yoga, it really works!! My feelings become more calm, my mind gets better. This is the second time I do this yoga and I plan to do this routinely to set myself free from anxiety. Thank you for this useful video!

Hi Shaheen! My new Yoga for Anxiety Attacks video is live: th-cam.com/video/u7yrA2D54h4/w-d-xo.html
It's a slower paced, gentle flow with more cueing. I hope this helps ❤

I slowed it down to .75 speed, it was a little too fast for me to feel and be aware of what was going on in my body at normal speed and also continuously check the screen because of the minimal instruction and my poor proprioception

It gets easier with practice! I'm working on a more beginner-friendly version too which I'll have posted in the coming weeks ❤

I have a bunch of practices for anxiety that are at varying paces, this one is the fastest. Check out this one for something slower: th-cam.com/video/4E4FQDGqgSs/w-d-xo.html ❤

It's ok but not amazing. Not grounding enough for me as pretty fast paced
