    I feel compelled to comment that the original hip and back release video is my FAVORITE video BECAUSE of the kiddos running around- it is so authentic and TRUE and BEAUTIFUL, exactly as the Lord intends for life to be. Thank you for sharing your gifts with others.

    I love seeing your kiddos run around, as that’s how most of my workouts are with three little boys doing the workouts with me and using mama as a bridge :) Its fun to watch your littles growing up and so cute that Ava will be in your 10- minute plan! It’s real life and so sweet! Children are a gift from the Lord! Expecting #4 and I’m extremely loyal to your channel and workouts and to you!

    Ashley, I LOVE your videos. I love that your kids are in your videos. By including them, you not only set a great example for them, showing them that exercise is important, but you set a great example for US, the mamas who watch your videos, as you demonstrate that yes, you can get a workout in and watch your kids at the same time! Thank you for ALL that you do. One nice thing that came out of you re-recording this video is that I did the video tonight, when I wasn't planning on it. And BOY, is it what my body needed! 18 weeks pregnant over here and I feel SO much better after having done the video than I did before. THANK YOU ASHLEY!!!

      So much yes! My toddler even mimicks me with 2 lb weights, floor exercises, and helping add weight where he can by sitting on me. You shared a whole prenatal plan FO FREE, and made videos while your husband was serving our country (thank you for your service too!) so ungrateful is what those people are who made the negative comments. They obviously don’t understand single milspouse parenting! Ugh. Many kudos to you Ashley. I love your videos. You’re amazing.

    Don’t listen to the negative comments. You are creating amazing free content to help keep us mentally and physically healthy during a very vulnerable period of life! Not sure why anyone would have anything negative to say about that. You’ve been a guiding star during my pregnancy (now at 27 weeks), so thank you so much for all that you do! Merry Christmas!

    I second all the nice comments below. We appreciate you being real, showing your kids during workouts, giving us great workouts, and even going the extra mile to re-record this! I am almost 39 weeks pregnant and feeling so great, which I think is in a large part due to me doing your workouts through out my pregnancy. I am really looking forward to doing your postnatal plan after I have my first baby soon!

    I’m sorry people can be so mean and hurtful. I don’t ever mind seeing your kids in the videos and actually love the fact that your videos represent real life and true motherhood. That’s a huge part of what helps me stay encouraged in knowing that I can do it too.

    The fact that people negatively commented on a FREE video you provided the while your husband was deployed fighting for their country kind of makes me lose all hope in humanity. Cannot tell you how much I appreciate all you (and your husband for that matter) do. I am so inspired and impressed that you've been able to do all of this while raising two little kids (most of the time as a single parent) and very far along in your pregnancy.     Thank you for re-recording this! I know you've got your hands full with all your kiddos and that is real mom life especially when your spouse isn't there to help out. But I did find the noise at least in the beginning distracting , so I really appreciate you taking the time to do it over for us even though it's a freebie! ❤

    Omg people can be sooo cruel! But it hearts even more if it’s a mom vs a mom... sending you a huuuuge hug! I really appreciate all of your workouts and stretches, i do them every week, and the fact there are kids sometimes it makes it so real and comforting!! Keep up the great job!!!

    Your heart is so kind and beautiful. Thank you for the videos you do! Thank you for being vulnerable and real! Thank you for pushing us hard to be the best Moms and fit versions of ourselves. I love both versions of this video. The calm version for days I am on overload and need some quiet and crazy version with kids on days I feel like I need another Mom to encourage me to have an amazing attitude just enjoy doing real life with kids by including them and encouraging them to play versus just handing them an ipad. Most of all I appreciate the relief it gives me in pregnancy for those aches and pains. 33 weeks today with my third and loving your videos!

    Just finished my FIRST day with you! A friend just gave me the link to your site where I found the free prenatal program, I’m 20 weeks so I’ve started right in the middle of the week 20. It burned! Happy to have this stretch as a cool down. I am so disgusted that people would write hurtful comments about your babies in your previous version of this video.     I taught virtual yoga when COVID hit and my son would pop in and out of the camera loud, laughing, crying, playing, and what not. I am so happy for the people who supported me during that time and was patient and understanding about my situation...not having a sitter while dad was at work and I needed to teach my class. Sorry you got hurtful comments. It is nice to know you wanted to accommodate everyone by redoing this video with no kids. Thank you for keeping the one with kids up. It shows the reality of what we go through as stay at home moms who are working hard to continue our dreams and aspirations. Keep it up!!

    I realize that this video is old, but I want to say thank you for the videos you produce when the children were younger. Your audience is moms! We listen to screaming and crying and delightful yelling and giggles and all the things and that’s normal. I love your workouts so much and I appreciate that your children are seen and heard. They are precious gifts from God and if people are bothered by noise, well too bad. I admire the strength you have, and how many videos you make in addition to workouts about mom life with tips, and the Lord. I know you are prior service so you have experience I don’t have, but as a military spouse with a ad spouse that is gone so much with field training and required certifications and all the other always something needed, it’s so nice to be able to workout with someone else that gets it!

    Thank you for this video! I am currently 23 weeks and have been dealing with lots of tightness is my lower back and hips. On another note I appreciate your kids being in your videos. I can understand the noise factor but it think if you don’t have kids you don’t understand. I am about to have my second and when I stumbled across your videos after my first son was about 9 months I enjoyed seeing your kids in the PP plan. It gave me the freedom to understand that being a mom isn’t part time but full time and ebbs and flows into everything else. You cannot separate it from the rest of life. Thank you for always being vulnerable with your followers I know it helps me to learn to be a better momma.

    Not even half way along with twins while chasing a toddler and this is SAVING MY SANITY! Back pain hit hard and early with the double weight and this stretch routine is the ONLY thing that makes a difference for longer than 15 minutes. I'm now doing it every other day and it's magic.

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE this routine. At 19 weeks in my pregnancy, I'm consistently doing this routine 4-5 times per week. Thanks for taking all of the guesswork out of stretching during pregnancy!

    I’ve done the other one a few times and haven’t thought anything about it. Haha I do have 7 kids though and one on the way so maybe I just tuned it out. Haha I’ve always thought it is great how you show that you can stay healthy and fit even with the kids running around and I have loved how you’ve invited them along. You’re awesome! Thanks for the prenatal schedule. I’ve really been enjoying it.

    Hi! I'm pregnant with my third right now. Quiet is never an option in my house lol! Don't worry about your kids! It's a sign of healthy, emotionally safe kids to have them playing and being noisy in their own home! Who is pregnant but complaining about kid noise?!? Lol prob first time moms! Bless them, they'll learn soon enough 😆. I respect a mom who allows kids to be kids (especially in the kids' own home! That's their safe place!) and who models healthy self care to them. And doing it alone only make me respect you more! Thanks for your videos and don't listen to people who would put unfair stress on you- and worse, your kids!

    I watched the original videos during my first pregnancy and the kids were no bother at all! It was a cute insight into what I should expect 😂
    These videos are so helpful, I credit them to why I felt so good and mobile right to the end of my pregnancy and my labour was relatively quick.

    I did your videos during my last pregnancy...LOVE the kids and now my little guy will watch your little people too while I work out--never bothers me. I'm also one of six kids...soooo I guess I used to tuning noise out. I like both versions...I think I did the other one quite a few times before--either this pregnancy or the last, or both...I like the one with the light-saber noise as well (or some toy lol) ...well it always makes me smile. Your humor and joy (and the kids running around!) help me, especially when I'm feeling down during my pregnancy. I also love when you talk about God, thank you for all your hard work--and your amazing discipline!

    Oh my goodness. Thank you so much for this video. I’m 21 weeks pregnant and overweight (obese) and the tightness in my hips and back has been around for a long while and these are the best that I’ve tried. They weren’t hard for me to do and I felt the stretch from the get go. My hips are feeling SOOO relaxed right now. I can not thank you enough.     I have tried SO MANY yoga videos, pre and during pregnancy, to stretch my hips. This is the first one I plan to save and come back to again and again.     I love your video. I’m at 5th week and experiencing alignment pain at belly. I wasn’t sure if I over stretched or what’s the reason, then I found your stretching which makes me relieved. Because I used to do lots muscle training, so you would understand how confused I am now. Finally, here you are. I’d like your kid running around in the video, that should be fun to watch.     Thanks for this, 30 weeks with baby number 2 and my hips, low bacl and pubic bone are so sore and tight. Appriciate you! I walk 3 to 4 miles 5 days a week and do weights 2-3 days a week. Trying to stay healthier and stronger this time around.

    I had to stop doing a lot of lower body workouts until I found this video. The soreness was really bad and I couldn’t find a stretching video to pair the workouts with that helped with soreness the next day. Now I pair this video with any workout that is heavy on my glutes and hips and I’m amazed by how much the soreness is reduced. I’m obsessed with these stretches! 😍

    I enjoy the workouts I am 22 weeks pregnant now I started as soon as I was able to start eating again 😄 I had so much nausea that I started loosing weight and all my muscle was gone I am doing way better now and enjoying working out again.

    Thank you for this video! I am 6 weeks and interested in your prenatal plan. The only thing is I got 3 ads throughout this video, not including the beginning ad. Most fitness channels have ads at the beginning and end of videos, which I always let play because I appreciate what you guys do providing free content. But 3 ads throughout such a short video was distracting and I wonder if this is normal?

    I wish I found this sooner.
    Because the way I sleep my left hip is in so much pain..and it radiates thru my back. I can barely walk.
    I was doing basic stretching and stopped when I got sick . I'm 28wks now and plan to try these from now on..even tho they're a bit hard lol I can already feel it helping my hip.
    I may see a chiropractor as well.

    holy cow! this stretching video is everything! i'm 23.5 weeks with my second, and i've had sciatica on and off, as well as the start of what felt like very bad SPD/PGS (I didn't have this last time until 38 weeks) for the past week. i stretch and regularly see a pregnancy chiro, but this video nipped the SPD/PGS in the bud 80% after the first time I did this stretch, and I'd say 90% by now (i've incorporated it as my workout cool down for the past 5 days). i think the frog pose in particular is what my body needed to help realign and release. thank you so much! i will continue to do your stretches everyday and hope things continue to feel great.
