I'm 25 weeks with baby #5! I have been going through the prenatal plan and have loved it. I have done all of the GlowBodyPT plans starting with the 12 Week PPP after my 4th child, then the 10 Minute, then LFSC + Cardio series, and circling back through the workouts. I'm incredibly thankful I found Ashley's plans, I feel like I could've easily wasted so much time (& money!) trying out other things. Her plans have got me and helped me stay in amazing shape for the past 2.5 years. I am excited to go through all the plans again after this baby is born, and I'm really looking forward to doing Firm 30 this time around! I got pregnant right around when it was released last year. Just found your channel. 12 weeks pregnant and had a really rough first trimester with vomiting and low BP. I ran 21km 2 weeks before I found out I was pregnant and really struggled mentally coming from a fit-high to struggling to do a 15min pilates workout. But slowly getting back into pregnancy friendly workouts.

Currently 4 months postpartum, and just wanted to come back to drop a comment. Your prenatal workouts were so helpful! I followed them all the way through my pregnancy, and I genuinely think they helped shorten my labor. I’m a first time mom, and my baby was 9 1/2 lbs (twelve days past his due date). My family has a history of looooong labors, but mine was only (ha) 19 hours and only 45 minutes of pushing. The nurses were shocked he came out so quickly! Thanks for making these workouts available. At 39 weeks I find this is the perfect workout - intense and challenging but not too much, so I feel energized and can still carry on with my day. Also, something about this being without any equipment allows me to trick my brain into thinking this will be easy (which it isn't) on days where I feel sluggish and would rather skip my workout... I would feel so badly if I didn't express my IMMENSE gratitude for you and your wonderful content! I have followed the prenatal program through two pregnancies, the 12 week Post-Pregnancy Plan, the 8 minute plan, the 10 minute plan, and started the LFSC Plan before getting pregnant. Huge fan here! I cannot believe how much stronger I started out after this pregnancy. I also was able to reach my goal of an unmedicated birth this time thanks to the physical strength and endurance I built up, but also the mental space the workouts helped me to get to. I also used several of your suggestions in your video detailing helpful positions for unmedicated labor. I would STRONGLY encourage anyone to get any of Ashley's plans! They really have been the most safely effective workouts I have found for busy moms. It is also a plus for me that Ashley focuses fitness on helping your body to be strong and able to respond to the demands of life and not on how to fit your body into a societal mold of "beauty." That was a long gush, but I just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you!

Wow this was great. I am only 16 weeks pregnant but I have not worked out for almost 3 months because of the fatigue and nausea. I was weight lifting for years. I finally have more energy to work out and starting out slow and this actually BURNED. I’m humbled! I can’t wait to start weight lifting again

I’m 20 weeks with baby boy #5! I’ve always loved working out, but have stopped as soon as I found out I was pregnant with each previous pregnancy because I didn’t know what was safe and what wasn’t. I was determined to do this pregnancy differently. I feel like God has put it on my heart to have a home birth, which is way out of my comfort zone! So I’m looking at this pregnancy as my opportunity to train for the marathon that is labor. I work full time as a speech pathologist in a school. My four boys are 7yrs and under, so my time for workouts is super limited! I was actually on my lunch break at work and came across your pregnancy kettlebell workout!…such a blessing! I loved it, subscribed to your channel, and found the prenatal schedule and haven’t missed a day since! (Started it at 12 weeks and am now 20 weeks.) I love that the workouts are actually challenging! (I’ve done martial arts and lifted my entire life.) I never enjoyed any of the other “prenatal workouts” on TH-cam because it never felt like they were doing any good. In contrast, I feel challenged by your workouts and actually break a sweat. I so appreciate that! I’ve seen positive muscle gain, booty is perky, arms are toned, and I feel good about my body, even with my growing belly. I have a 16 year old, 12 year old so there’s a great gap in age! 😅 First time ever doing Pilates! That was intense. Great workout and I’m sure I’ll be sore in the glutes later. I am a dancer in my 2nd trimester. For my entire first trimester and a couple of weeks into my 2nd trimester, I was debilitatingly sick. I could not move at all and couldn’t stop vomiting. It was really sad for me to not move my body. I’m starting to feel better now, and this was my first workout since being pregnant. It was perfect. Thank you so much for the burn!

I was super nervous starting the 12 week post pregnancy workout plan since I had a c-section. I didn’t start until week 15 after I got clearance from my midwife, due to some stomach sensitivity. But this workout felt really good and didn’t hurt my core! I’m so encouraged, I could cry. I’ve wanted to workout sooner but due to Ashley’s super helpful explanation of why you should wait, on the plan, helped me have the self control to wait and let my body recover naturally. Also this video has super great illustrations that help me visualize what I should be doing at home (Cheerios, little washable marker circles on a white board 😂, holding a barrel, tall like a giraffe, etc.). And it was small but meant a lot to hear that these videos are good for your body regardless of what kind of birth you had. Thanks Ashley! 🥹 Oh and just had my first daughter! So in love. 😍

24 weeks along with baby #10. My oldest will be 16 when the baby is born. I’m enjoying the prenatal workouts. They are challenging, but feel right, and I have confidence that I’m not going to hurt the baby doing them. I am making my post-partum plans. I’d like to focus on my diastasis recti a bit more. I saw a physical therapist about a year ago, but after several months of working on my abs, couldn’t get it to close the last two and a half fingers. Hoping the 12 week postnatal system works for me!

This was exactly what I needed! Currently 29 weeks prego with baby #3 and am recovering from a month of sickness and a bad muscle strain/pull in my chest ( thanks to chronic coughing x4 weeks + doing a NON-GlowBody workout one day :/). I was discouraged with starting my 3rd trimester and feeling so weak and out of routine having not been able to do workouts. I was able to do this one pain-free! very doable as I get better! I really enjoyed this video. I'm 20 weeks and this is my first workout since conceiving. Before my first pregnancy, I was overweight, had a very tough 9 months and gained 60 pounds with my first. Then got into the best shape of my life, dropped 75 pounds and really enjoyed pushing my body. Three years later, this is my second pregnancy, already gained 40 pounds, and I've been feeling ready to push myself again. This 25 minutes went by so quickly! I'm 25 weeks with baby #5! I have been going through the prenatal plan and have loved it. I have done all of the GlowBodyPT plans starting with the 12 Week PPP after my 4th child, then the 10 Minute, then LFSC + Cardio series, and circling back through the workouts. I'm incredibly thankful I found Ashley's plans, I feel like I could've easily wasted so much time (& money!) trying out other things. Her plans have got me and helped me stay in amazing shape for the past 2.5 years. Just found your channel. 12 weeks pregnant and had a really rough first trimester with vomiting and low BP. I ran 21km 2 weeks before I found out I was pregnant and really struggled mentally coming from a fit-high to struggling to do a 15min pilates workout. But slowly getting back into pregnancy friendly workouts.

Currently 4 months postpartum, and just wanted to come back to drop a comment. Your prenatal workouts were so helpful! I followed them all the way through my pregnancy, and I genuinely think they helped shorten my labor. I’m a first time mom, and my baby was 9 1/2 lbs (twelve days past his due date). My family has a history of looooong labors, but mine was only (ha) 19 hours and only 45 minutes of pushing. The nurses were shocked he came out so quickly! Thanks for making these workouts available. At 39 weeks I find this is the perfect workout - intense and challenging but not too much, so I feel energized and can still carry on with my day. Also, something about this being without any equipment allows me to trick my brain into thinking this will be easy (which it isn't) on days where I feel sluggish and would rather skip my workout... I would feel so badly if I didn't express my IMMENSE gratitude for you and your wonderful content! I have followed the prenatal program through two pregnancies, the 12 week Post-Pregnancy Plan, the 8 minute plan, the 10 minute plan, and started the LFSC Plan before getting pregnant. Huge fan here! I cannot believe how much stronger I started out after this pregnancy. I also was able to reach my goal of an unmedicated birth this time thanks to the physical strength and endurance I built up, but also the mental space the workouts helped me to get to. I also used several of your suggestions in your video detailing helpful positions for unmedicated labor. I would STRONGLY encourage anyone to get any of Ashley's plans! They really have been the most safely effective workouts I have found for busy moms. It is also a plus for me that Ashley focuses fitness on helping your body to be strong and able to respond to the demands of life and not on how to fit your body into a societal mold of "beauty." That was a long gush, but I just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you!

Wow this was great. I am only 16 weeks pregnant but I have not worked out for almost 3 months because of the fatigue and nausea. I was weight lifting for years. I finally have more energy to work out and starting out slow and this actually BURNED. I’m humbled! I can’t wait to start weight lifting again

Praise the Lord! what a blessing. I came across your video 3 weeks ago because I was starting to get low back pain and my feet ached and I realized that I needed to get active to minimize the pain. I’m 20 weeks with baby boy #5! I’ve always loved working out, but have stopped as soon as I found out I was pregnant with each previous pregnancy because I didn’t know what was safe and what wasn’t.
I was determined to do this pregnancy differently. I feel like God has put it on my heart to have a home birth, which is way out of my comfort zone! So I’m looking at this pregnancy as my opportunity to train for the marathon that is labor.
I work full time as a speech pathologist in a school. My four boys are 7yrs and under, so my time for workouts is super limited! I was actually on my lunch break at work and came across your pregnancy kettlebell workout!…such a blessing! I loved it, subscribed to your channel, and found the prenatal schedule and haven’t missed a day since! (Started it at 12 weeks and am now 20 weeks.)
I love that the workouts are actually challenging! (I’ve done martial arts and lifted my entire life.) I never enjoyed any of the other “prenatal workouts” on TH-cam because it never felt like they were doing any good. In contrast, I feel challenged by your workouts and actually break a sweat. I so appreciate that! I’ve seen positive muscle gain, booty is perky, arms are toned, and I feel good about my body, even with my growing belly.

I have a 16 year old, 12 year old so there’s a great gap in age! 😅 First time ever doing Pilates! That was intense. Great workout and I’m sure I’ll be sore in the glutes later. I am a dancer in my 2nd trimester. For my entire first trimester and a couple of weeks into my 2nd trimester, I was debilitatingly sick. I could not move at all and couldn’t stop vomiting. It was really sad for me to not move my body. I’m starting to feel better now, and this was my first workout since being pregnant. It was perfect. Thank you so much for the burn!

Hi! I am so grateful for this video! So wonderful, actually hard, and not with any of the concerns I sometimes see in other prenatal Pilates workouts where I don't feel comfortable/safe doing them. Love that you do this while living family life. I hope this doesn't sound silly, but I realised I was just not finding time to get to pregnancy physio/pilates classes in our new posting location, and TH-cam Pilates I'd looked up in my last pregnancy didn't feel that safe, so I decided to pray about finding a good online video that would be great and safe and in my last search I found your channel! Thankyou so much for creating these safe and healthy workouts. I had a great birth last time but am so unfit now I really wanted to get going on workouts. We are military too and I have my toddler at home so these at-home workouts you do are amazing. Thankyou!!

I'm 32 weeks, I was always taking care of my body and I was searching a workout safe for pregnancy but killer for my legs and my booty!!! That was perfect!! Doing that 2 weeks now 5 times per week and my sister told me "as pregnant you supposed have more kilos, what did you do and you built legs and booty"!!! I offer you a HUGE THANK YOU 😘

I am a fan of this Pilates workout! For those arm circles, I may have cheated on the second round and added my 2 lb DB’s just for a little more burn. ☺️ I’m pregnant with my 5th, and my oldest is 14, so I am excited to have many helping hands with this baby.

I was super nervous starting the 12 week post pregnancy workout plan since I had a c-section. I didn’t start until week 15 after I got clearance from my midwife, due to some stomach sensitivity. But this workout felt really good and didn’t hurt my core! I’m so encouraged, I could cry. I’ve wanted to workout sooner but due to Ashley’s super helpful explanation of why you should wait, on the plan, helped me have the self control to wait and let my body recover naturally.
Also this video has super great illustrations that help me visualize what I should be doing at home (Cheerios, little washable marker circles on a white board 😂, holding a barrel, tall like a giraffe, etc.). And it was small but meant a lot to hear that these videos are good for your body regardless of what kind of birth you had. Thanks Ashley! 🥹

17 weeks baby #3 and as stated before this BURNS! Haha, I already felt sore the same night ;) Thankful for the content and will stick with these during my pregnancy!
24 weeks along with baby #10. My oldest will be 16 when the baby is born. I’m enjoying the prenatal workouts. They are challenging, but feel right, and I have confidence that I’m not going to hurt the baby doing them. I am making my post-partum plans. I’d like to focus on my diastasis recti a bit more. I saw a physical therapist about a year ago, but after several months of working on my abs, couldn’t get it to close the last two and a half fingers. Hoping the 12 week postnatal system works for me!

This was exactly what I needed! Currently 29 weeks prego with baby #3 and am recovering from a month of sickness and a bad muscle strain/pull in my chest ( thanks to chronic coughing x4 weeks + doing a NON-GlowBody workout one day :/). I was discouraged with starting my 3rd trimester and feeling so weak and out of routine having not been able to do workouts. I was able to do this one pain-free! very doable as I get better! Thank you!
What a joy that your body is recovering now and you were able to do this pain-free (and happy!) at 29 weeks with your 3d on the way post-upper respiratory sickness and severe muscle strain.
I really enjoyed this video. I'm 20 weeks and this is my first workout since conceiving.
Before my first pregnancy, I was overweight, had a very tough 9 months and gained 60 pounds with my first. Then got into the best shape of my life, dropped 75 pounds and really enjoyed pushing my body.
Three years later, this is my second pregnancy, already gained 40 pounds, and I've been feeling ready to push myself again.
