Thanks for sharing this with us. I had my baby boy on December 3 and I was exercising up to one week before I had him. I was running/walking up to 4 miles and the delivery was so easy. I delivered within an hour, I was 8cms. dilated when I got to the hospital. You were always my inspiration when I didn’t want to work out, I would search one of your videos and then got off my butt and headed to the gym 😊. I love you so much thanks for being the kind of woman that empowers other women.💖Congratulations on your baby girl❣️
37 weeks with baby #2, my 2yo son heard your voice while I was watching this for the first time and started pulling out my weights and yoga mat. 😂 Ashley Kellers voice means work out time! Really appreciated your take on the toilet position! Was pressured a ton to do that with my 1st and it hurt so much I couldn't handle it and was left wondering what was wrong with me. Definitely going to try for the 2 contraction goal with this baby!
Babe I realize you could have delivered by now! Congrats on growing your family and thank you for letting me in your home and on your screen as your son watches. He will LOVE seeing my boys and girls on the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan here soon. : D
1) hip circles on ball 2) swaying / laying on ball 3) toilet with squatty potty position 4) bath on knees and rock slowly. Sit on butt but be upright 5) hands on back of hospital bed 6) lean of hospital bed, standing on side of bed
Its crazy how when we just listen to our body and what feels comfortable, we naturally end up in these types of positions! I labored leaned over most of the time whether it was into my husband or on the floor or over our ottoman or over the side of the birth pool and also a lot on the toilet! I loved the stability ball and doing lots of swaying and circles in early labor but once active labor started I had to be down and leaning over with my butt way out! haha! I couldn't stand to be upright at all. Congrats on your little girl Ashley!!
Thank you for reminding about "staying internal". I appreciate your words of encouragememt throughout your videos as well! Lots of people dont realize that a big part of getting ready for labor and birth is learning to mentally prepare! It is so often overlooked since we are concerned with getting our bodies ready for the physical trauma and the two go hand in hand.
I can’t say enough about how comforting your workout videos and pregnancy videos in general are for me as I’m pregnant for the first time ❤️ I so appreciate your videos and genuine nature. And the dogs are a plus 😊
Congrats on expecting your first Amanda and it makes me so happy to hear this video was really helpful for you as you mentally and physically prep for labor. I think you'll enjoy my new Prepare for labor stretching routine too th-cam.com/video/b8_6bApD1ec/w-d-xo.html
Thanks for sharing! I have a scheduled CS but I honestly don’t think I’ll make it another week. Prepping for a natural just in case and this is so raw and helpful. ❤️
Thanks for sharing your knowledge i really need it ... I m 31 week pregnant I m soo nervous😔 bcz it's my first pregnancy and I m 25 year old i m exercising three times a week but whenever I see you ... You make me happy 😍 bcz u are my inspiration love you so much😚
Wow! Again, another helpful video. Thank you! I am 35 going on 36 weeks and can’t wait to see our little guy! It’s been 10 years since we’ve had a baby... so I am hoping to go natural. LORD’s will be done. ❤️
Hi Ashley, do you have any videos on what exercises to do when your baby is sitting breech? I am 27 weeks tomorrow and my ultrasound showed that my baby has been sitting breech. I am staying positive and trusting my body and baby will naturally move, but like a lot of mamas who watch your videos, I just love helping my baby out as much as I can by being healthy and exercising. Thank you so much!
Hoping I can implement some of this in my 3rd delivery! 39 weeks tomorrow & baby still hasn't moved into position. They've said if I go into labor atm it'd be an emergency c-section. This is what I most want to avoid, so praying that all my "flip the baby" yoga positions & stretches do something finally!
@@glowbodypt It's a boy! We ended up trying an ECV a week ago, but it was unsuccessful. We ended up having a c-section the next afternoon. It's not what I wanted, but basically everyone around me was saying it was the safest option to ensure the health of both baby & I. He was born on the 22nd...7 lbs 5 oz...he's perfect & breastfeeding great. I'm really struggling with the recovery, though. Had 6.25 inches of staples removed yesterday, but I get really stiff & can't move after laying or sitting down for even 30 minutes. Do you have any links to c-section safe postpartum stretches or workouts? Definitely looking forward to getting the all-clear after my 4 week follow-up!
Ashley - This video is sooo helpful!! Thank you so much! :) How did you know when to go to the hospital? The reason I ask is because general rule they tell you is to go when your contractions are 5 min apart. In the video you said early on your were walking the neighborhood at 2 min apart. Also, a friend told me she was ready to push at 2 min apart. Everyone's experiences are different.... So, how do you know? Thanks so much!
Thanks for the reply! This is baby #2 for me, hopefully I can stay at home as long as possible like you did. Following your prenatal plan & loving it! Thanks for keeping me motivated & in shape this pregnancy! 😊
Hey Ashley!! What a lovely and positive birth story you shared, thank you for that! I was wondering when did you stop working out during pregnancy number 3?
Thank you so much! I’m due with me second little one at the end of November! I’m so excited! Where did you get your belly wrap? I’m really wanting one for postpartum .
hey Courtney! CONGRATS on expecting #2 at the end of the month! I'm going to cover this more depth in my 1 week postpartum update video that will drop soon (still editing it), but I have it included on my Favorites page on glowbodypt website here: www.glowbodypt.com/products
I can’t find the particular video but you previously had mentioned that you had membrane sweeps and that your boys were 11 days late, right? How long did it take for you to start labor after your membrane sweep? I’m in a similar situation myself right now with my first boy and im trying to avoid a full on medical induction.
Thank you so much for this video :) And, congrats on your adorable baby girl!!.. I'm exactly 38 weeks today so I wrote and printed your tips to prepare for labor..
I live an hour away from my hospital and I am terrified of waiting too long to head to the hospital and having a car baby. I am not sure when to head out and it scares me a little.
Grace Anna, I feel for you babe!! Gosh this is so hard. I definitely fetal positioned in the passenger seat on the way to the hospital. Don't judge me for not being buckled, just couldn't bear the pain of sitting on my tailbone. Sending love your way. I'd rather get their earlier vs later so you can labor OUT OF THE CAR in person.
Awesome video even if older😅...Baby son will be here within the next couple of days, praying 'induction' will encourage him vs. the much talked about csec🙄😶🙏🏼May refer back to this, stay blessed super mama!💕 Edit: I should've waited till the end for the mama heart to heart about delivery, thank you for saying those things!🙏🏼💕
Shauntae your baby boy will be here in the next few days!!! Gahh I am so excited for you. If you're on IG please tag me @glowbodypt so I can oogle at your baby pictures. I'm thrilled for you no matter how baby enters the world via whatever method of delivery that happens.
Real quick, please do NOT put undiluted essential oils in the bath or birth tub! They will float on top of the water, and if you have your baby in the water the oils could burn little one's skin. Essential oils are best avoided entirely for anyone under 3 months old, hydrosols are best

Thank you for sharing this while also being so non-judgmental! Love all your videos. I only wish I’d found you sooner with my first baby!
Thank you so much! I feel honored to have you here Abigail.
Finally had time to watch this and love it! Ordering my belly binding ASAP. My third will be here in two week or so. Wahoo!

During what week or stage did you start the hip circles on the yoga ball?
Thank you Ashley! ❤

Bengkung belly binding!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the saying behind you♡

38 Weeks and this is my 3rd time watching. Lol Don’t want to forget!
I needed to see this to develop a loose strategy for my upcoming (hopefully!) natural first birth. Thank you- one year later! 🧡
Glad it was helpful! Thank you SO MUCH for reporting in and congrats to you!
@install SUN how was it? I’m currently trying to prepare for my natural home birth and I’m feeling a little overwhelmed.
Can I hire you as my doula?
I feel like I am not going to be able to handle my anxiety when my labor comes! You seem so calm!
THANK YOU! This is awesome. I am 39 weeks tomorrow!
40 weeks almost now Stephanie! Let me know when baby arrives and tag me on IG @glowbodypt so I can see pictures of your newborn!

Correct, I did go 11 days late on my boys! YES to the sweeps, it helps some women for sure, just didn't help me.

Do you have any labor positions to do in the car? I have a 90 minute drive to the hospital where I'm going to deliver.😦

Why are you so outta breath :|
My question too. Like she was in labour during the whole video. 😅
I’m so scared I’ll get an anxiety or panic attack from the pain 😢
