Which is your favorite hero mech and where did you obtain it?
Mechwarrior 5 Mercenaries is a tactical shooter in the BattleTech Universe where players lead and manage an expanding mercenary company. Your lance of unique Battlemech variants will level entire cities and decimate armies of enemy forces in the quest for glory, revenge, and the almighty C-Bill!

The Carapace King Crab and the Victor Basilisk do indeed sound like good squad leaders for 400 and 3X0-weight deployments respectively.
The King crab is a quad uac5 headshot monster, lots of fun

Its worth noting in the mission where you get the King crab there's a Marauder II, and in the mission where you get the Victor, one of this lance also drives a Marauder II. It's a way to get these earlier then you normally would
Everyone always forgets or oversees that the Corsair Hero mech has a fixed invisble 1 Ton LRM Ammo pack.
Go into a mission with no ammo installed on the mech and you still have a couple hundred missles for whatever launcher you have installed.
I'll have to check that out, but if my Archer Agincourt gameplay is any indication, I bring a ton of ammo to any engagement!
that King crab with 4 UAC is insance when used with max quality weapons. I gave him also 2xsrm6 it's insane how it destroys everything easily XD

The Basilisk is one of my all time favorites. Light enough to fit into missions that are mostly heavies, tough enough to fight on the frontlines, and incredibly versatile. I run it with both types of LBXes, one mapped to each mouse button, short burst lasers and plain SRM 2s. In practice, it is a Warhammer. Close distance under your ECM protection and batter the enemy into submission with firepower that gets increasingly stronger and can even headcap. It's weaknesses are only extremely long battles due to running out of AC ammo and vtol or tank swarms
And it has a pretty wicked paint job!
Battlemaster with 3 x small Rocket, 4 Medium Lasers and 2 PPC´s. and all roundet up with DHeat.
You ca buy it near House Steiner in the Kurita Room
Ever try swapping the medium lasers for flamers? Guaranteed dps crank and cooling as well for more ppc action and missiles.

Dude, forget the Corsair, Basilisk, & Carapace. What I'M wondering is where the Ravager Hero that somebody made an entire mod just to put into MW5 is.
And for that matter, how - if I'm leaving the V1 salvage system up - I can actually make FrankenMechs. Because every so often, when I go to build a Mech using the V1 system - which creates a random variant of the Mech I'm trying to build - I'll all of a sudden get a FrankenMech out of it, & I would very much like to figure out how to do that on purpose. Mainly because I'm looking to get a Desperado, but also just to see what the rest look like.

Hey I'm on PlayStation 4 in I love your video and thank you for all that do you know if they have utra ac 10 s or the 20 s,I've have the ultra ac 5 can't find others?
there are only ultra ac5s in the original game. You might be able to find some larger versions in mods

You'll need rep level 7, and go to Rashpur-Owens Manufacturing Worlds Conflict Zone (I believe in Marik space) and find the mission "The Conspirators."

@@jc-ev2jb Heh if you like the double gaus you should try the corsair Knight pointed out, i prefer 2 gaus + 2 LPL on it. Played the game with the 2gr rifleman until i found the corsair
Does anybody know where the hero Atlas Mecca is? I've beat the game been everywhere, I've not found nothing.yet
The two hero atlases show up in high level industrial places the one I’d go for is the BH boars head for its extra speed or the kraken for a little extra damage but same speed as normal atlas.
It's total RANDOM. Depends on the year, certain planet have more chance for it appear than others. Just because someone made a video showing where to find a hero mech, doesn't mean it'll be there for you. (Not counting scripted missions)
In some playthroughs, I never found Marauder II. In others, I finally found it.
What dlc is better Heroes of the inner sphere or legend of the kestrel lancers?
