Hi Lucy. I have been do your TH-cam workouts for 6 months, three days a week with walking by the other days. So far I have lost 50 lbs. Thank you so much for making these videos easy to follow. I have had three spinal surgeries and four knee surgeries between both legs so some of the moves I do have to modify but my new fit tracker shows I'm hitting my target zone for heart rate. Also thank you for making these free.

The results are incredibles, I have had excellent results in five months. The key is to be constant, and starting with 7 mins for day. I think I lost 12 or 15 pounds

I am 64 years old and needed to tone my body. I have tried different online trainers and finally found you. I started with your 7-minute challenge videos, doing 2 a day. Gradually increasing as my endurance improved. I now do 4 of the 10- minute targeted workouts back-to-back, rest 5 minutes and do 2 of the 7-minute target workouts Twice a week I add a 20-minute cardio. Although my weight remains the same, I see a tremendous improvement in my body tone and have achieved inch loss in the right areas. Thank you for all you do

This one is one of her best! I have it in rotation with my other workouts. The best part is that it works out your entire body in 20 mins. Great for days when you can't take out 45 mins or an hour to work out.
Simple looking moves that move, strengthen and tone your body in such amazing ways! Among all the workouts I do, this one is most challenging as well as most rewarding. I am trying my best to push myself to do it more often.
Lucy--thank you so much for your TH-cam workouts. I am so favorable of the 7, 15 and 20 minute workouts because 1) I can do them!!! 2) I can stick with them and before I know it, the work out is complete and I feel like I’ve ran a mile. You have given me hope that as a 50+ female going through intense hot flashes, there is something I can do a short period of time even with the hot flashes. I may not see the difference, but I feel great. The hot flashes haven’t stopped, but at least I know I can get the exercise I need in the course of a day in increments. This works. Did 7 minutes daily for two weeks then as had the energy and motivation have added the 20 minute on days off. With so much choice you don't get bored and everyone can do 7 minutes in their day. Lost two inches on waist and one on hips,plus five pounds in three weeks. When you hit 50(nearly 60) this gets really difficult. Would never have thought 7 minutes would give these results. Thanks Lucy. X
I truly love your workouts!! I love jogging a lot, but these last 3 weeks I've had to cut back on jogging cause the impact on my joints. I've leaned into your videos since then and no guilt here. Your videos target everything!!! When I started my weight journey back in January I was 178 pounds my biggest in my life. My goal is to get to 130 pounds. I need 15 more pounds to go and I'm more than sure you and your videos will help me get there. I really like how you have long and short workouts. I am doing this workout since a month and lost one inch in my waist from 35 cms to 34cms..i didn't follow proper diet regime bt I made sure that I was calorie deficit.. And avoided all the food from outside.. I took this as a 100 day challenge.. So far completed 4 weeks.. And I can see a change in my body.. My legs are toned.. There are millions of workout videos out there. Some talk too much but I don’t like what they are talking about , some say hardly anything , some too slow , some too fast etc. But this one is perfect for me. She talks well and is motivating and the time passes so fast. I am a new fan of her videos

Just did this one, I gave birth to twins 4 mths ago and this workout was low impact and gentle yet still strenuous, i am sweating lol. Good way to ease back into exercise.

Thank you @Lucy Wyndham-Read for creating exercises that isolate muscle groups and gives people a whole body workout with always 2 options so one can chose and no one feels left out yet with get work the same muscle groups and give people a full workout with due care. Just tried this one for the first time, it's way more intense than it looks! Grew tired easily before halfway, yet I can easily run for an hour, what gives? Lol. Definitely will do this workout again.

I found this to be a little bit more challenging than your other workouts (your 20 minute indoor walking workout for weight loss and toning, for e.g.). There were a couple of new moves and even though you demonstrated it before actually doing it, I kept getting confused😅. Yogyata Sharma I eat normal Indian diet (1 roti, Sabzi ,dal ) in lunch and dinner. Fruits and milk in between. Though I totally restrict sugar in any form.. Believe me cutting off just sugar from your diet will make a good difference

HIIT is high intensity meaning you would do it even faster and allow a very quick break then go again. Doing HIIT will make your heart rate pound like a mad person. You can convert anything to HIIT but HIIT is hard on joints if you do too much or too hard. Lucy’s workouts are safer. Just add weights and stretch before and after. Lucy’s videos motivated me to keep going even on days that I don’t want to do a thing. Do it with music! Thank you Lucy!

Wow, I really needed this after more than a month of quarantine here in Italy! I had stopped working out at the beginning of the year (I had been ill during the holidays, then my period, then settling back into routine after the holidays... I couldn't bring myself to start again) and now this staying at home thing, with all the cooking, the baking and the eating without any walking or biking is really showing on my belly and thighs! D: I hate it so much. So now I'm back and I'll try fighting it with your exercises!

This is great. I've been meaning to start working out for a while, now, and I came here because I saw Anna Saccone following your routines. I've started with your HIIT workout for beginners and it was really simple, it helped me get into the idea of doing this every morning. After a month or so I looked for something harder and found this 20 minutes workout... I LOVE IT. I get to the end in a pool of sweat and with my muscles burning, but that's what makes me feel good, like I'm actually doing something useful. I hope I'll see some results soon! I haven't really been keeping track of my weight as that is not something I care about, but I hope I'll see my body more toned and my belly somehow more flat in a few months! Thank you for putting out these amazing videos.

This is a fantastic workout. Thank you @Lucy Wyndham-Read for creating exercises that isolate muscle groups and gives people a whole body workout with always 2 options so one can chose and no one feels left out yet with get work the same muscle groups and give people a full workout with due care. Its rare in todays world to find people like yourself who are not only qualified and experienced but really care to get a population fit -wherever in the world. Just tried this one for the first time, it's way more intense than it looks! Grew tired easily before halfway, yet I can easily run for an hour, what gives? Lol. Definitely will do this workout again.

Hello Lucy, I did your 7-Day Abs + 7-Day Thigh Slimming workouts this morning and added this workout this afternoon. I found this to be a little bit more challenging than your other workouts (your 20 minute indoor walking workout for weight loss and toning, for e.g.). There were a couple of new moves and even though you demonstrated it before actually doing it, I kept getting confused😅. Yogyata Sharma I eat normal Indian diet (1 roti, Sabzi ,dal ) in lunch and dinner. Fruits and milk in between. Though I totally restrict sugar in any form.. Believe me cutting off just sugar from your diet will make a good difference

Hi Lucy, thank you so much for this video. Quick question: what is the difference between these workouts and your HIIT workouts? X
HIIT is high intensity meaning you would do it even faster and allow a very quick break then go again. Doing HIIT will make your heart rate pound like a mad person. You can convert anything to HIIT but HIIT is hard on joints if you do too much or too hard. Lucy’s workouts are safer. Just add weights and stretch before and after. Lucy’s videos motivated me to keep going even on days that I don’t want to do a thing. Do it with music! Thank you Lucy!

Wow, I really needed this after more than a month of quarantine here in Italy! I had stopped working out at the beginning of the year (I had been ill during the holidays, then my period, then settling back into routine after the holidays... I couldn't bring myself to start again) and now this staying at home thing, with all the cooking, the baking and the eating without any walking or biking is really showing on my belly and thighs! D: I hate it so much. So now I'm back and I'll try fighting it with your exercises!
If you want for the belly Lucy has also 7min workout. I LOVE IT

This is great. I've been meaning to start working out for a while, now, and I came here because I saw Anna Saccone following your routines. I've started with your HIIT workout for beginners and it was really simple, it helped me get into the idea of doing this every morning. After a month or so I looked for something harder and found this 20 minutes workout... I LOVE IT. I get to the end in a pool of sweat and with my muscles burning, but that's what makes me feel good, like I'm actually doing something useful. I hope I'll see some results soon! I haven't really been keeping track of my weight as that is not something I care about, but I hope I'll see my body more toned and my belly somehow more flat in a few months! Thank you for putting out these amazing videos.
