I began doing your workouts Dec 12 and today marks 4 months exactly. I haven't missed a single day, even when traveling. It is easy to make time when you offer videos from 3 minutes to over 20! Thanks for making getting fit fun and achievable!
Lisa- how have your results been? I’ve been loving all of Lucy’s workouts & have been pretty consistent for about 1.5 months (plus eating way healthier). Have definitely noticed my fitness level improving & my clothes fit better. Just curious as to how the workouts have helped you!

I don't own a scale - I prefer to go by how I feel when I look at myself, how well my clothes fit, etc. I do fit my clothes better (more room in the waist for example, in fact, my husband has commented on my waist!) and I am firmer and more toned. IN the beginning I measured my arms, waist, and thighs for a couple of months and the measurements were steadily getting smaller, but then I lost the paper it was recorded on. I still have more work to do, but there is a definite difference in my appearance and my confidence! I hope you are still enjoying the workouts and having great results! :)

Lucy, I love your stuff. My mother-in-law introduced me to you at the beginning of 2020, shortly after my knee op. Your videos helped me to slowly gain my movement back without being harsh on my knee. I’ve been quite faithful doing them, losing 11lbs so far. Feel soo much better. After another OP 5 weeks ago I couldn’t wait until I could get back to training. I hate floor exercise, sit-ups and planks but you’ve found such cool ways to exercise those areas regardless. I started with you at covid high.. (winter wonderland) and several months later , I looked healthy and great! Didn't realize how wonderful I looked until I took my improved look for granted and started yoga. Great for stretching, felt good, but recent photos said Nay Nay. That was a mistake! The healthy look wasn't there so now I'm back with you. You make every second of every minute of the workout sound like it's the last nono second my muscles will have to feel the burn and if not it's for my own good! And I keep going! All the best, you are the greatest
This work out gave me amazing results. Specially upper body, arms back chest etc and dropped 1 size in 3 weeks. Tummy needs more work though..Trying Lucy's abs 10 minute work out + 7 minute HIIT . Big Thank you Lucy 😊

After doing this workout for 2 days....I had to take rest for 3 days....the amount of the intensity and the pain this workout gives is speechless....but it does burn calories....I am a fan of Lucy from 18 months..and her workouts did give me amazing results...hope I will continue this workout

Day 2 , with ramadan fasting. Lets see how it goes. Day 5 Two day break Day 6 ( did all high impact) sweating alot Day 7 .. yayy Very bad at doing measurements, they never come the same even if done on same day. But i do feel good after this workout.
Doing the 7,10, 20-minute workouts consistently since late last summer / early fall, seeing great results with the increase in my metabolism not to mention minimal body ache / stiffness compared to previous to doing the workouts!
Did this the first time after a mild case of covid (I am boostered), about ten days after testing negative, and was able to do all of the low intensity exercises and Switched to running in place instead of walking half way through thanks for giving both options Lucy !!
I did it!!! Not done exercise for a few weeks but now I’ve sent myself a challenge of an hour a day-half hour in the morning and half hour in evening so this 20min one really helped towards my morning session! I love it when there’s no repeaters!! Such a good work out, I feel good!! Thanks Lucy ❤️❤️

Watch your diet, I started training with 7 minutes Lucy's workout and I saw big results from the very first week eating less calories smaller portions and cutting off sugar together with training made me have the body I always dreamed of
It's been a while since I've worked out consistently. I'm in lockdown now and I decided I'd have a glow up before school starts again. I'll start taking care of myself again even if some choices are going to make me uncomfortable as heck Day 1 - My thighs hurt. I think I broke my left arm or smth cuz it hurts so much. I feel so much better tho. It's like Ive started moving my body after a century Day 2 - wow guys. It's crazy how when you exercise you realise how much power you have over your own mind. So yeah. I did it and I feel like ut's the most productive thing I did today Day 3 - I didn't feel like working out Day 4 - I feel so much better after this workout

Also want to tell you that when I started this on November 1st ( I have been doing this challenge in the evening, plus doing other workouts with you in the mornings when I get up) I decided to start doing 100 mountain climbers a day. At the beginning, I struggled to get 30 done with out having to take a break, then it slowly increased through out the month, and the past 2 mornings, I did all 100 in one shot!!

Another fab workout from our lovely Lucy. Had to do a couple of the low impact moves as not good at jumps and burpees, so made up for it by doing the 7 min belly fat workout after. Thank you as always Lucy for keeping our workouts fresh and fun xx
