    Ladies! Just popping in to say I am a pear shape and have been doing these exercises about 5 times a week for about 3 weeks now. I have noticed a significant difference in my upper thigh - booty- hip area. Definitely leaned out all through there. Keep in mind I am attaching this workout to a long walk or a hiit exercise and I also quit drinking ha so lots of factors at play but take it from me this exercise works!!

      Hey sarah, is it really worth it to slimming down your thigh and hip? Because mine is big than upper body and i want to cryyyyy everytime i saw it. And i cant use any pants or jeans because ky big thigh 😭

      @@adecahyaningpangesti9339 usually pear shape for women is caused by harmone estrogen dominance you may not have enough progestrone in your body .estrogen is essential for distribution of fat in your body and if increased estrogen and low progesterone cause our body to distribute fat only in hip ,thigh and buttocks. So it's better to have blood test for you to check whether you have estrogen dominance .
      Although I was suffering 😭 from pcos and estrogen dominance for past 6 months and within this month I got 🍐 pear shaped body. But yet don't worry my doctor advised me to do 1 hour brisk walking and regular lower body exercise and good diet with low LDL fat. That's it.....😁

    after 1 week of doing this and not eating fast food i lost 2 inches off my waist. i can't believe this workout works so well and i am happy i finally found someone who knows exactly what theyre doing!!!

    Started this workout today 10th May
    Day1: Done ( was hard catching up with all moves, but still I tried my best )
    Day2: Done ( improved by moves lot more than yesterday )
    Day3: Done ( Far better than last 2 days, getting my control on moves )
    Day4: Done ( getting easier to catchup with moves )
    Day5 : Done ( lower body much lighter )
    Day6: Done ( Was getting lazy as today is my weekend, but motivated myself saying " its just a matter of few mins", go lady 😊.
    Day7: Done ( started with motivation but ended with satisfaction
    skipped a day
    Day8: Done ( Feels good after resuming it)
    Day9: Done ( feels much control on my moves, and really feels this is working out.I can feel my lower body bit lighter now )
    Skipped a day ( tired because kf lack of sleep)
    Day10 : Done ( feels good to resume :) )
    Skipped again because my weekend, however compensated with doubg lots of house hold chores 😁
    Day11: Done( feels more flexible )
    Day 12: Done ( I feel my lower body bit toned, can't wait to see results after 4 weeks)
    Day13: Done (Feels soooo good )
    Day14: Done ( wanted to take a break but again motivated myself to keep going 💪)
    Day15: Done ( I feel my lower body very lighter, it does work. I am so so looking forward to complete 4 weeks plan to see some promising results)
    Day16: Done ( consistency will surely bring some positive result 😄)

    FYI, I really want to see changes in my body and not planning to skip single day in between.
    // Guys this workout really makes your lower body feel much lighter. I can feel that however I am patiently waiting to see significant changes in my lower body. I want to give this exercise consistency. Let's see if I get any success with it.
    Latest update : First of all, I would like to thanks myself to sticking into workout routine. I have never sticked in such way to any workout like I can stick to Lucy's workout. I can see changes in my lower body, my clothes are little looser, my hips are in better shape now, thigh toned. I have never felt such toned thighs of mine ever in my life. I can believe this workout really can give desired results. I have my big inner thigh and I am planning to continue this exercise for better desired results.
    Before and After mesurement :
    Thigh=25 After = 23
    Hip = 45 After = 43
    Waist= 32 1/2 After 29
    Lower waist= 38 After 37
    Guys, as this exercise says 4 weeks plan after 4 weeks I will update my before and after measurement.

    Day4: done! Miraculously getting so much lighter and easier

    Today is the 8th day, haven’t done the workout yet but measured myself first: thighs 52cm, calves the same, lower belly 88 cm. I do the apple shape workout along with this one. Happy with the results ❤️thank you Lucy, you’re my heroine 💪

    This is GREAT. IT REALLY WORKS!! Measured weekly for 3 weeks. Lost anywhere from 1-3 inches depending on the places. And I'm still going! In case you're wondering if it works... IT WORKS.

    And I'm not stopping here. Just wanted to stop in and let ya'all know if you were concerned, this works so well. I paired this with her total body workout and her arm workout, occasionally focusing on abs as well. But did this every other day, did abs the opposite every other day. Arms every day (skipped one day a week to let the muscles rest a little it is SORE after a while) and just started the total body workout once this last week and IT IS A WORKOUT! LOVE IT ALL

    I have a typical pear body. I have 3-4 kg extra and they are all on my butt and thighs. I have been doing this workout along with the 15 min home workout for about two months now, not religiously 3-4 times a week. I also eat more salads for lunch and normal foods for dinner, just smaller quantities. The difference is amazing. My thighs look so much LONGER and LEANER I have never expected my lower body to look that good! My butt has also increased in size and is lifted a lot! I was mind blown because I thought these workouts were not intense and I believed that It would take so long to see any results. Thank you Lucy for making me look at my body with so much love now❤️

    This workout is amazing and by far the most effective (for me). I finally did floor exercise because of my foot surgery and never expected the amazing results. Within 2 months, my hip size reduced from 96cm to 89cm. And I do this workout at least 3 times a week.

      @@gkasana1451 I didn't measure my thighs though, LOL but there's visible slimming since my mom and siblings commenting about my smaller thighs and I can fit into my size 10 jeans (from size 12), and still feeling lose around the thigh area. And yes, I have thigh gap now too. Not exaggerating but this workout really work wonders on me.

      @@adecahyaningpangesti9339 I do this exercise 2x a day for 5-6 days straight, morning and evening. Of course, to see the effect, it is important to cut down on carbs and focus more on protein and fiber. You can see the results within a week or two. 😊

    Hi guys! I have been doing this workout. N i want to update the status. I have tried alot of lower body excercises before but this was the best. It is easy n i can even push myself to do these when i feel lazy cuz u know how this is done 🤪. I didn't feel much of a pain doing this maybe cuz i used to run 7-8 kms before but due to the lockdown in my country had to stop it n find an alternative. My upper body is in the best shape but my lower body looks like someone else's body is attached to mine.i have been doing 30 surya namaskaras(a type of yoga) with this.
    Been doing this for a week.

    D4-done(wore some sticky dress yesterday instead of a baggy one i could certainly make out the difference)

    day 1: done! my legs were aching so much. but i really want to lose my thigh fat badly, so kept going!
    day 2: done. man, this is so hard XD

    I have been disabled for Thirty plus years and at 58 years young due to becoming legally blind I never thought how much I let my body go until I watched your exercise videos in one week (I measured on day one) I’ve lost an inch off each thigh , I am getting my waist back and losing inches off my wings (arm wings), as well as my back which I didn’t even realize was there. At first I could barely get though just one set of 7 minutes of exercise I had to due half of what you were doing. It’s been a week and now I’ve started to see a change my heart rate after doing the exercises has gone from 168 to 140 my heart feels better I can sleep better all around feel better each week I add another exercise to push myself further into shape. I actually get up and look forward to exercising and I’ve only exercised when I was young in High School so let me just say if I can do it anyone can and should . Thank You

    First day of this workout wasn't bad. The 2nd day however, I was hurting by the time I got to the bicycle. 😭 The sides of my butt was burning like crazy which tells me this workout is working. 🤗

    I did 50 reps instead of 10 and 100 reps instead of 20 and now I can feel the buuuuuuurn it's just amazing that way. for those who can't feel anything during the workout try this

      @@rebca888 I forgot to write my results but this workout actually works I did it with the other workout videos and it helped tone my thighs,arms, and love handles.
      The workouts get easier by time and they aren't hard to do.

      I work out for hour or hour and half a day, so I'm OK with the difficulty level:)
      I need to slim down my legs, but not in the muscly way cause they already are sadly, u just hope it doesn't shrink my butt which I'm trying to shape :)

    I started doing this workout 3 days back, and its really fun. I usually used to get bored of same moves, but this workout has ample variety of exercises altogether! Hope that I lose decent inches as well. I'm pear shaped and always have to compromise on various outfits!
    The total circumference of my lower body is 45.3 inches.
    Will update after a week

    Day 2: Did it today. Muscles were sore but I managed.
    Day 3 : Was easy to do today. So I increased the reps by 5 in each exercise
    Day 4 : Did it today. Speed while doing them increased.
    Day 5 : All done for today. Tomorrow a weekend break. Shall restart on Monday

      @@zladydi6206 I do this exercise everyday. And it did melt off inches from my hips, thighs and butt. Lost about an inch from the thighs and hips within the 1st week (I would also pair this workout with whatever workout was mentioned in the pear shaped workout plan, along with a few of her abs circuits and a 15 min walking workout).

    This is one of my all-time favourites as a floor-based lower body workout! Phew, it’s a toughie but it hits all the right places!! 💪♥️ I definitely feel it…..even up to 2 days afterwards sometimes!! 😂♥️

    Thank you Lucy!!! one of my wishes is just to have a little gap by my thighs and for my thighs to be toned. I do know all our bodies are different, so the results will be different. What might be the same is that we build muscle mass and have toned thighs :)

    Hey guys I am gonna update you after 7 days!!
    Day-1(sweating but not tired)
    Day2- ( sweating a lot .. tired too...let me tell u I have been doing her 7minutes workout too with this so it's like (15+7) 22 mins workout..I do that first and this later..that helps me to warm up for this..with this I have cut the junk but I am tking my whole diet just without the junk)🤗♥️
    Day3- was very tired today..coz maybe my body is getting soared but u am getting habitual of it!! Only four days to go!!yayyyy😂🧚
    Day4- today i was on my periods so it was very difficult..had ache in my stomach..but finally did it ..wowahh !! Felt so good three days to see the result for first week 🙌!!
    Day 5-totally skipped!! But then finally did it!! Veryy tired!! But less body pain !! Body is getting habitual now!! ♥️✨
    Day6- did it very late today! ♥️✨But yayy did it ;) !! Only one(1)day left !!
    Day7-today is the last day!! I am tired like hell..did it in the morning..will tell you result after measuring myself cya wish me good luck!! 🍄💯
    Update:I DID THIS FOR ONE WEEK I HAVE SEEN A CHANGE BUT ITS MINIMAL..I THINK I NEED TO DO IT MORE FOR A DRASTIC CHANGE!! THANKYOU OR MAYBE I WILL TRY ANOTHER ROUTINE OF LUCY ! ☺️

    Hi Lucy, thank you for this workout, I tried it and enjoyed it as I felt it was working my bum and legs! Saddlebags are my problem area that's why yesterday I purchased your 4 week pear body plan and I'm starting it today. I also have 2 questions: 1) do you plan on doing an "advanced" version of the plan? I would love to progress after my first 4 weeks, or at least I would like to build a weakly routine once I'm done with the plan. 2) it would be amazing if you could do a video addressing how to train the booty without using the quads too much. Most of the time I am performing squats and lunges, or donkey kicks and similar exercises, I feel my quads or my lower back taking over and preventing my bum and hamstrings to work properly. This seems to be an issue for many girls on the web, especially for those who do not want bulky quads (and back pain!). Thank you Lucy, keep up with your great work, you are an angel!!!

    This is my most favorite on the floor exercise. The first time I did this my bottom ached. But now I do 2 sets for each side and I love the result! I am down 1 size for my jeans. Thanks Lucy
