Low impact exercising is very much my thing and I really like this slightly longer workout. It got me lightly sweating and I felt good afterwards. I've already added it to my Low Impact playlist. I hope you do more of these longer sessions x

Got my body in motion and I’m motivated to do again, cause it was easy yet effective and by the end of the week I bet I’ll be in full swing of a good routine again.. This is the perfect place to start for anyone just beginning for the first time or the 50th time!!! Thanks Lucy!!

Today will be my 10th day of the 14 day challenge, also my 5th day on the 5 min abs and thighs wkt and the 4th day of the 7 min tone your arms workout from that first week. Every third day, I have been doing the 9 min full body sculpt, too. I am trying very hard to keep it going and focused. Thank you. And I rather listen to your encouraging words most of the time than have music, but I do that too ;)

Hi Lucy. Been doing your workouts for 3 months. I've lost 16lbs, so far, and 4 inches off my belly and waist. But was wondering if there is a routine that helps with a dowager's hump? I feel like I can't shift it in the slightest. Many thanks!
