    This was amazing, I'm almost 68 and love working out. I like that I don't have to be on the floor and still get all the benefits. I can't believe you have been doing this for 25 years because you look like you are 25. I'm going to go through all your video's and see what will work best for me, especially the clean eating....Thanks again.

    Hlw beautiful person scrolling down da comments can't really say my diet was strict I cheated here and there I didn't add any other workout to this I did only this workout for 3 weeks once a day and I lost 8lbs Lucy is da queen we all need

    Loving these workouts! Discovered Lucy last year after I had major surgery and couldn't go to the gym had hand surgery a little after so these were perfect. GI tile me to becareful while exercising after a bowel obstruction this year...had a little of bad luck. Have been able to stay active lost 40+lbs gained muscle and feeling better about myself. Thank you Lucy❤❤💪🏋

    Just done this one for first time but been doing your other workouts for 9 months (dress sizes dropped and toned up ...feel and look the best I have ever done)...well done Lucy another one to add to my regular workouts ...thank you so much xxxx

    I'm recovering from chemo (and am not a young pup). Modified a little, this routine is great! It goes quickly enough, and you don't get bored or overly exhausted. I don't kick quite so high, but at least I feel like I'm doing something helpful for my body during this period.

    Great workout - probably in my top five favorites! It was just the right amount of challenging. I’m sweaty but not dying. 🤣 I cannot emphasize enough how much I enjoy your videos where there are no repeaters in the toning moves.     Dear lady, I think you are a real life saver. I've been doing you 7 days challenge and I lost 3 cm on my belly; now I'm doing this workout every day since I quit the challange and it is so astonishing to see how my body is reshaping. I mean, I've been in gym, I had a personal trainer helping me but I never had such amazing results in such a short time! Thank you so much!

    Lucy, I've probably done this video 5+ times and I keep coming back to it! I do high knees or jumping jacks instead of walking to up the intensity. I love these longer workouts for late nights when I can't get to the gym. Thanks!

    Great job Lucy!! I took this up a step by doing burpees, star Jack's, jump rope etc between the exercises opposed to walking in place...I needed the extra cardio..You are the best..Please keep them coming.

      Vickie Jones, what a great idea. The next time I do this exercise, I will try adding in some burpees, jump rope, etc instead of alternating between walking and jogging on the spot.

      Vickie Jones, it went great. I alternated between burpees, jumping jack and jogging. Feeling great. I will be burning loads of calories while I sleep tonight. Again, great idea.

    This was good for me to see this morning because in Michigan today we have an ice storm in our area. So I can’t get outside and I’m tired of doing my walking on the treadmill. So I did your walk workout and the toning. Thank you 🙂that was great timing Lucy

    First day doing this walking workout. It looks simple but by the end of the workout, I’m drenched in sweat! Feels good. Also I’m digging standing exercise.. so much better than those lying down. Thanks Lucy! :) Hoping to see results....

    I love uuuuuuuuu! I hated cardio exercises cuz they always wore me out but ur workouts r simply amazing... i dun feel tired in fact i feel energized... this one is going to be my fav one n i'm gonna do it everyday.... you are truly amazing 👍👍👍

    I love doing these walking and toning exercises. They are just what I need to keep my body active and my heart healthy after having 3 heart attacks over a period of 14 years.     I loved this one!!! Added the 4 min arm afterwards, as that is an area that is taking a while to tone up for me. But can't complain, I am looking good for a 53yr old Grandmother of 3!!!

    Lots of love for u Lucy , 7 day challenges did work for me, but I still need more for a slimmer looking upper body, mine looks heavier in photos😔. Also liked the peach top during booty lift. Please do a video on clothing styles n colour that makes us look slimmer 🤗

    OMG sister~ Ok, I'll be your testimony IF it really works - I'm 60 yrs old and had 6 surgeries on feet (3 per foot) and needless to say not moving for 5 YEARS has put on 40 fat pounds (and I already wanted to lose 10) and I AM going to Greece after NOT seeing family for 40 yrs so I PRAY I can lose whatever I can and tone at same time plus use feet AND balance better (I tend to fall) - so trust when I say, I'll be your real testimony. I just did this one (I did a belly one earlier but heart raced a tad much) but finished on slow motion, LOL - this one I could DO! I will look at all your video's tonight but HAD to share! It's now January 20 and I leave Aug 28th - Goal is to lose at least 30 lbs but hoping 40 and if this really helps me, then lets get the total 50 OFF!

      I did for 11/2 months along with healthy eating no sugar no oil..l used to follow all the exercises.. I used to workout for 1 hr daily...still following it..😁
