Hi and TY for this helpful exercise. I have to remember to do this often. I'm suffering with heart palpitations. I'm on a strict keto diet way of eating. No sweets/sugar, breads, no grains, no dairy, only have a few strawberries/blueberries per day and low carb veggies. I still wake up w/ heart palp and throughout the day. It really sucks. I also do some breathing exercises, take electrolytes. I just don't know what else to try. I will try to do this exercise as often as possible.

I always recommend getting medical advice but you could check out simple diaphragm breathing exercises.

I do at least once a day and often a few times if I am demonstrating with clients. Once a day minimum and if you are on your computer a lot a few more will always help i'm sure

Hi Roger I have recently found you on your site here and have found the EFT should be very helpful.
I wondered if you would have any help for vertigo adult onset vertigo thank you.

Hi Anya EFT can be very helpful in certain cases to help vertigo. This exercise also helps the vagus nerve send the parasympathetic messages to the body and back to the brain. Will be interested to hear how you are finding it.

Thank you! What is the idea behind the eyes? Does it also work when you have a problem with your eyes ( i read something about p dtr therapy and the importance of the eyes for taking in information)

According to Stanley Rosenberg if you lightly touch vertebrae C1, 2 and 3 as you move your eyes you will feel a slight movement changing the level of tension in the neck muscles
