After all that we know now about his abusive character issues, why would anybody ever hire this man again especially in a program over college age kids?!? Nobody seems to be bringing this up. Urban Meyer treated his players abusively and demeaningly and every NFL analyst’s response is, “He’s not used to dealing with men,” as if it’s alright to do that to students!!! Please, NCAA, don’t hire this man ever again!

If you think big colleges give a single damn what happens to students in relation to sports, then you haven't been paying attention at all. Look at Florida under Urban, Penn State under Paterno, Michigan State with Nasser, Louisville with both Petrino and Pitino, Baylor with Briles, LSU and Kansas with Miles, and Michigan with Schembechler and Anderson. These are but a few of the numerous examples of colleges allowing sustained and widespread abuse to occur within their campus just to keep sports chugging along. Clemson shut his team out in CFP, unlike Woody he didn’t assault another player then, had to wait to be a Pro coach to do that. Not good, assaulting a player is the best reason to fire him. The question is when did the owner find out? I assume it was close to the Tampa interview. Where does a coach cross that line where he can be charged with assault these days? People are fired due to a social media post or uncovered email from 30 years ago. Meyer must be nuts to kick a player where that player was injured the previous year, no excuses here, none! This should make him poisoned as a coach! Imagine a team or school hires him and he assaults another player with his history, that school would be sued for Musk money!

Trevor Lawrence as a rookie: 9td/14int
Lawrence will be another Bortles and Gabbert. They should've built around Minshew, Robinson etc. Good young players who were not glorified first rd picks and who busted their asses for bad Jags teams. Minshew was traded for a 6th and Robinson was getting benched. The Jags problem also is their owner. Double digit losses in 9 of the 10 seasons under him. 2017 they made the AFC title game at 10-6, had a good defense but then traded away players.
