What email were sent back to gruden ? He didn't send emails 1 way for 7yrs with no reponse.

Gruden is the scapegoat for what this story is really covering up and that's the WFT franchise ands its culture.. it's easier to ruin one guy vs a franchise because the franchise is more important to the shield and its image and bottom line...

Gruden did this to himself, but....Daniel Snyder is not clean. He has that clout, and they will protect him somehow. Raiders are disliked due to Al Davis's history. Very similar to politics

The players feel violated. Give me a break.
You have freedom of speech, but you also must recognize that you are indefinitely under arrest as in, anything you say CAN and WILL be used against you, especially if there's a digital paper trail. This isn't to excuse the language Gruden used, but it goes to show we are under constant surveillance. Our words and choices from any point in time can come back and bite you. Some place, somehow, some way, what we are saying and doing is being recorded and or monitored. We are not as free as we believe.

As an NFL Coach, you can't leave the facility at 6pm and go party with college kids all night. NFL Coaches have zero time off during the season and most of the off-season, but they do it because they are driven to do it. Urban likes to party. He's a poor fit for the NFL.

Everyone is commenting about scrubbing emails and Gruden isn't racist. Go deeper, in years in the NFL, Gruden just never found a black person to hire as a defensive coordinator or offensive coordinator. Gruden also never found a black QB to draft or sign as a free agent. Basically, Gruden never found a black person qualified in a leadership position.

The 1st leak was the racial " big rubber lips, like tires" remark. It was backlash but they tried to make it go away and Gruden kept his job. The second leak was the anti-gay remarks and women and that's when Mark Davis gave him the option of getting fired or resign. Dave said( verbatim) that u can kill( destroy in every term)a black person and nothing happens to your career but as soon as u make a anti-gay remarks your life is over. With that the LGBT went wild and wanted him canceled. It turns out his words were of a prophet because it happened a week after his special dropped.

Gruden has always been to cool for school, trying to be liked. There is no reason the players shouldn't be just as committed next week they are paid professionals. Somebody was paying Gruden back, but everything else that was found in Washington

Florio is strong. No doubt. I wondered if Urban was lazy. Appears he is. The English tabloids will bury him, much to the embarrassment of his boss. Good odds he's done after London.
Many people are commenting that we have all sent terrible messages to our friends that are similar to Gruden’s messages. However, there is an important distinction. It’s one thing to joke around with your friends. It’s another when you’re a powerful head coach that’s able to changes peoples lives. He was also talking about someone that’s his colleague that he does business with.
