Yeah. For me he is the best drummer tbh. I defy anyone to find a drummer that complements his band like Nicko does. And he uses more of his drumset than any other drummer I've ever seen.

He is a fantastic, Rock solid Percussionist that you just know you could work with and click with , Something about Harris and McBrain rhythm section that I rarely ever heard in any other Bands. Both are solid, tight, and yet instinctive, and inspiring, like they share a mental connection. The only single drummer I ever had that with, was my own Brother. Blissful!

A maioria dos bateras de hoje em dia só pensam em velocidade, viradas brutais, pedal duplo absurdo, etc. O Nicko tem uma pegada muito foda com feelings fantásticos na condução e nas viradas. E pqp o cara já tem quase 70 anos e ainda tá voando porra !

In the mid-80's I worked at a hotel and ran room service to Nicko. He was really nice and asked if I was coming to the show that night. I told him "Of coarse I am!". He gave me a backstage pass. Greatest night of my life!!!

Nicko is a solid drummer and humble to boot. Very down to earth. I wish the singer's PA system was louder but I can still tell he has an awesome voice.

I think he could play circles around any other drummer in the world. I think he's one of those drummers that's just all over the place. Kind of like Frankie Banali. A Neil Peart type but not nearly as technical.
