I tell you this...Sina is not only the best girl drummer on TH-cam but she’s legitimately a phenomenon. Her sense of style, timing and nuance is impeccable. Very inspiring.

There are a number of really good drummers here on TH-cam.
You forget Emmanuelle Caplette and Meytal Cohen. Difficult to tell which one is the best. I don't think it makes any sense to classify them anyway.

Funny story. I got Nicko mcbrains autograph at a local Walmart. Noticed him in the restroom. Lol. Waited till we both got out and asked him for an autograph. I had nothing to have him write it on so I used the back of a Walmart receipt. Everybody around me was like why are you asking for this guys autograph? 😅 I was stoked because I was really into the band at the time. It was truly fun experience.
A lot of younger TH-cam metal drummers grin and smile their way through these kind of videos in some weird attempt to gain viewers, without realising the significance of the song lyrics they're playing along to. Metal music isn't about trying to look cute and flick your hair and smile at the right time. It''s often brutally honest and deals with themes of grief, loneliness and despair . Good to see you're not turning this into a chance to sell shampoo brand and keeping it about the music. Stay strong, play heavy.

Early 80’s this time. Sina has enwidened her working area here and she seems to handle this piece quite confidently. Everything is wide. In fact, her drumming is right phenomenal from the long rolls on toms at midpieceish and onwards. Phew!Thanks for the different camera angles, too. Great delight. Quite dark lyrics, but sometimes, oddly enough, they are very very relatable…! Once again a band that Sina makes worth listening 💪
Such a pity that you were not even born to see all the great music of the 70s and 80s be played live. One of the LOUDEST & WILDEST shows you could ever see was Judas Priest and Iron Maiden with The Scorpions opening for them. Smoked filled arena, crowd standing for the entire show, some on top on their seats and just going absolutely wild. Ahhh the good old days. I get goosebumps just thinking about that night. Also saw them with Dream theater in the early 90s.
Bruce Dickinson's vocals live are as good as they get. If you are not standing up and screaming your brains out at one of these shows you should not even be there! :) Side 2 on Number of the Beast was one of those cassettes that was continually on rewind "The Number of the Beast" "Run to the Hills" "Gangland" "Hallowed Be Thy Name"...Certainly some fine music to drive 100+ MPH to! :) Loving the mix here Sina. From cymbals to skins you really captured the essence of this one. Fun to watch you at the beginning. You look like you are about to explode. Particularly at the 47 second mark. Boy I'd loved to see you standing in the audience singing and going crazy at a show! Perhaps after a few bottles of "Milk" Fun stuff for sure! RAAWWWRRRRRRRR!

Never in my entire life did I have any musical skill. In 1963 our high school burnt. That was my last day in chorus . I couldn't carry a tune in a bushel basket! That's why I appreciate your skill. Thank you.
If you ever read this: I just, from the bottom of my heart, want to thank you for so many things. First of all for being a young woman that likes this type of music. Second, for being a heaven sent drummer, and thirdly for choosing perhaps the least obvious instrument for a girl to be playing in the realm of rock n roll. Although I'm not a fan of heavy metal, I can certainly see why songs like this one would appeal to a first-class drummer like Sina. They give drummers a challenge that a simple rock backing groove does not, perhaps second only to prog rock in the level of skill called for. And as always, Sina has risen to the challenge here with a note-perfect, precise, powerful, and emotional performance.

Girl is a pro IMHO! Sina runs a studio recording service with her dad (Mike Wilbury aka Michael Doering) when she's not attending university or nursing her channel. That's true grit💪 Sina has released three albums, write her own stuff, sings and is a multi-instrumentialist... It's hard not to be a bit of a fanboy✌️

Im pretty sure anyone who dislikes this is a drummer with a big ego that is pissed cause she's so young and better. I for myself play drums for about 21 Years now and i could pull these Songs of but would take weeks or months to practice them to get even closely that clean and good on a playthrough. She is nothing but impressive i totally agree with you.
It's called jealousy. They dislike, cos they hate that she can play better then they can. I'm my 40's, and I WISH I could play as well as Sina does!

There is only ONE conveivable negative thing about this that a person can say. She didn't write it. She's covering somebody elses stuff. Well, maybe so. But I'd like to see them try it. This child has real talent. She's smooth as silk and has zero hesitation. Fluid and no wasted motions. She's the real deal. Period.
I don't really know how but searching for drum songs Sina appeared. I'm glad she did because of out of the aprox 10-13 videos I haven't disliked any of them, she is just so good playing drums that now she inspired me to play as good as she does. Hopefully, if I learn to play the drums someday, i will still be inspired and focused on playing like she does. It's just absolutely incredible and not knowing so much about drums, I think that compared to the original song, these covers Sina creates are perfect if not 99% good.

Today's drummers are so weak, but this girl Sina surprises me every time with her fantastic drumming techniques. Brilliant drum pattern, what an atmosphere! Still have watching it the second time.

Never been a huge Maiden fan and I've never heard this song before, but I"ve reachedd the point at which I will watch and listen to anything you're involved in. I can just see your musical bliss in every video, every facial expression. It's inspiring to an old music geek like me.
I love Iron Maiden, discovered them in my teens in the late 90's and I can tell you , if they would record the song again with Sina on Drums,

TH-cam introduced me to you about a month ago. The songs that you cover are from my youth, which is wonderful in itself. But what watching your videos has really done has instructed me as a (non-musician) listener what a complex field drumming is ... all of the different video views really put it in perspective. For classic rock and hard rock, Sina is the best young drummer out there by a hundred country miles. She not only have the technique down, but she has the right feel as well. Many of the other young players out there in youtube land have technique in spades but sound like they'd never cut it with an old fashioned band on stage. Not so with Sina. Her regular band,
The Gäs, and her work with them is proof of that, plus she, through this series of videos, proves that she'll play everything from The Beatles to NWOBHM and most things in between with aplomb. Thumbs up duly given!

I think what I enjoy most about these videos are, not only Sina's wonderful skills, but seeing the complexity of the original drumming that went into the songs. It's quite often buried in the layers of the recording, so seeing it visually performed (extremely well, I might add) is a treat. Thanks and cheers!
Your best work (in my opinion). Don't ever stop what you are doing. You are keeping this music alive for another generation to enjoy. That is a special purpose, that goes beyond the music itself.

I was in 7th grade when it was released! The music scene was killer back in jr high and high school with all the great metal music all around! Missed those times!

As a teenager I saw Iron Maiden tour the Number of the Beast album back in 1982 1 week before the release of the album in Birmingham UK and later that Summer at the Reading Rock Festival UK, one track stuck in my memory from that 1st gig was Hallowed be thy Name and it was epic to see Clive Burr play with quite a small kit for those times but what He did with it was amazing in a similar way that Ian Paice did. Although both drummers (should I say percussionists) had the same metronomic timing they also had a way to add feeling that is something very hard to emulate. Your cover shows such brilliant flow and timing I'm sure Clive would be happy. You have a talent not only to follow and play in a clinical way but you also inject new feeling as well. Incredible!
This maybe off topic for this video but your wide range of playing different styles is very impressive from what I've heard on your 3 Chi MIght albums I hope there will be another.
I noticed the emblem on the bass drum SD (Sina Drums?) is quite similar in design to the late Buddy Rich (BR) maybe a coincidence but as my late father who was a semi professional drummer for decades worshiped Buddy that looks similar and I'm sure Buddy would approve. I was also lucky enough to see the late Buddy Rich perform, one never to forget.

I have seen many drum covers. Especially many bad ones and those without soul. Good songs just replayed without heart. Sometimes even without a single smile. But Sina plays so enchantingly and has her own very special style. This young woman rocks and she offers a great show. I can't listen to Iron Maiden songs anymore without imagining how Sina would play them. My son (17) also knows now what I imagine as a future daughter-in-law...

Nicko didn't play on the original recording. That was Clive Burr.

@@shiva_MMIV Sina was flawless, but Nicko's style is unique. I´m not a drummer but i think he uses for this song mostly the Ride cymbal and the hi-hat with the pedal (for the 16th s notes?, i don't know for sure how are they called)
