Ross, Hobo Freight has neat split tubing for electrical wiring. It can make wiring like that mess look much more better. It is sure a lot easier than taping a loom and then finding you needed another wire in it. Loved the drippy video effect. Almost as good as Jack commenting on what you are saying.
I have one of those projects to do on my Massey Ferguson 65, but I'm going to wait til I can get some more parts. Starter and generator both need rebuilt or replace along with the wiring redone and I'd like to get lights for it. Enjoyed watching, gave me so encouragement to work on my tractor. Thanks Ross, I hope you have a good night!
Hey Ross, yeah I like seeing a basic white man in his middle 30's struggling at life. 😄 Please keep making your videos, it inspires me to keep going fixing my 11 old tractors here in England. 🇬🇧
"Start hacking and whacking" - and smacking, like Butcher Pete? Sorry I play a lot of Fallout so hacking and whacking automatically leads me to that song. Also you can get temp senders that fit in the top hose if that helps?
Get a set of shorty ratcheting wrenches and you'll use them all the time. Big wrench if for getting the bolts to move, shorty ratchet for all the unused extra threads.
😊😊 HI ROSS most likely that key 🔑 😊 switch was put on the tractor 🚜 😊 when it was brand new at the factory 🏭 😊 the was heavy duty back then no more not now they aren't back then they used the heavy duty material 😊😊 OMG 11 4 2O24
your doing a good thing retaining the neutral switch so many people cant figure out the replacment solinoids and put in key starter and their 12 yr old nephew runs oner the neighbors dog. did you measure how much wire was left over?
@rosstheoliverman yes but gladness is still better than sadness... I guess its nicer picking up then kids in the daylight again... be safe out there... miss them days of driving the yellow and black

Man oh man. Ol Ross has been digging in the back of the closet for the thumb nail. Lol😂

When the starter has no solenoid mounting holes bend the bracket to match the starter and put a big hose clamp around it.
So glad that you're doing it the right way
Nice video Ross
Just like Elvis singing I did it my way!!!!!
I agree, do it right, and it won't come back on you later. Thanks for the video. See you later.

Grand funk Ford will be firing for real now, it's a favorable fix?
Start at the instruments and go fom there. You should keep a good supply of electrical connections in your inventory at all times.
👍👍👍👍👍
👨🔧🚜👍👍
Electrical drives me bonkers!
I guess my thumbs up didnt count... it shows 0...hmm
