With the assorted small parts, indoor disassembly is probably a good move. The cooker is definitely doing its job. The 770 will likely give a sigh of relief with the rebuilt carburetor.

I’ve found that a tea ball works well for small parts. The small screen balls that split in half to put tea in. I found one at goodwill.

Grandpa had a MM m5 gas tractor he let sit too long. Gas tank was like varnish

That Utra sonic cleaner may be what is messing with your phone.

Like the freezer work bench

Get a set of screwdrivers and convert them to carburetor tools. Touch the sides of the end so the sides are parallel. The wedge shape of a screwdriver makes the screwdriver want to come up and out of the jets, float needle seat, and other assorted carb screws. Those parts are made for what are called Jewelers screwdrivers and the tips are flat, not tapered. They are also used in gun repair. We had that good carb cleaner that came in buckets and would eat any crap out of a carb. Can't get that anymore just like the good brake and choke cleaners that were flammable. If you suspect that a crack in the manifold could be a problem, squirt some oil in the crack while the engine is running. If the engine smooths out, you have a vacuum leak in the crack. Happy New Year.

Find some tight woven screen and fold up a mini parts tray you can put all the small carb bits in and then put that little basket in the big basket. My UC gets charged with Dawn dish soap and Orange Cleaner plus water. Surprisingly handy to have (I use the $80 Harbor Freight Mini UC)

6:00 yeah, the ethanol in the modern fuels unzips rubber parts if not made specifically to handle it. NOS probably the worst closely followed by the imported kind.

ROSS ADD A LITTLE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID TO THE GAS .IT WILL KEEP THE GAS FROM GOING BAD.

I've used Dawn dish soap in my HF parts cleaner instead of thier bottle. Seemed to work fine! If it's good enough to clean oil soaked ducks it good enough to clean parts. In my opinion. Keep up the good work Ross

Is that a Marvel Schebler, if so I had to replace one of those on my JD 1020 and rebuild one on my MF 65. Less expensive than the Zenith, but a little less reliable, from what I understand. I don't have a cook tank, I have to do it the old fashioned way, lots of carb cleaner and elbow grease, no wonder my elbows hurt.😆Have a good afternoon Ross!

Where did you get that carburetor cleaner from. Find myself rebuilding alot of carburetors. From the Oliver's too lawnmowers.

Use ethanol free gasoline for less carburetor problems and some more power. It’s called Rec 90 in my area 90 octane

I just attempted to rebuild my M-S TSX755 from my Oliver 770. It had sat so long the main nozzle became one with the lower bowl. Sadness as you would say.

I don't care for cleaning carburetors.... I keep dropping the screws. I'm much better at cleaning/rebuilding milker pulsators. Go figure carburetors are total sadness for me.

This series has made me think about an Orange Crush with a little Grey Goose addition to it. New Year's Eve is coming so that would be fitting. However, I will stick to iced tea. Hope you beat the tax man by getting all of the expenses for the year on this years spreadsheet. In the dealership we would always leave some blank sales tickets so when a customer we knew found he was going to donate a dozen cows to pay his tax bill, well, we had sales tickets that were in the old year's sequence and a piece of equipment could be shown as sold before the new year or even for spring delivery would be able to offset a more profitable years income. Few farmers back then did not have CPAs on tap and only had only themselves as their accountant and tax man. Hope you have a great New Year's that will be better than any year you have had before.

Glad you're working through things Ross, I could tell the loss of your Grandad was weighing heavy on you. These things are never easy, especially when it's someone as close as you two were. I've been through some depressions in my life and never realized it until long after it was over.

Ross the 200 Allis is looking good and sounds great after a lot of hard work you've put into it. On the funky side of things in the video I think your computers phase node inverters controlling the quantum entanglement processor's are malfunctioning and causing a cascade of space time anomalies in the geometric patterns of the editing software, That or the camera's got a glitch ? Ether way it's a simple fix. LOL Bandit
