Laborious process ... n good ingredients that's why its expensive. Its all about the love of food for the community. The seniors deserved the fruit of their labors. 👏👏
@@HappyCat.CarlNeo yes🥰,!, I worked at Chit's Bar for 9 months at the east coast then later moved to changi road but this was in 2012 idk if the resto still exist!
Agree, If he spends 6 hours just preparing the ingredients, his hor fun must be really good. Wonder how much is a plate of his hor fun with everthing in it?
Totally agree! Swee Guan Hokkien Mee is indeed legendary. The smoky wok hei flavor is unbeatable! 😋 Have you tried any other hidden gems recently? Always on the lookout for more amazing hawker stalls! 🍜✨
@@HappyCat.CarlNeo I've always wonder if it's possible to get swee guan to make their hokkien mee to be a sort of microwavable supermarket fast food. Kind of like those seven eleven microwave sandwiches. This way don't need to go all the way to Geylang to get my fix as I'm staying in Yishun, wheelchair bound & deaf.
