It really seems like the jank environments and controls etc are what make this hard, but idk.
It takes some getting used to, but it’s not all that bad, it adds to the fun. Camera could be your greatest enemy sometimes though.
In Lost Izalith (lava area) that’s definitely true, but that’s not the case with the rest of the game imo

The game is janky if compared to Bloodborne and beyond, but it's made around the jank.
