i've enjoyed watching a few of your pickle recipes now, and i can't thank you enough. being lazy and not thinking that i am actually ready to do canning, i opted to follow your guidance on the refrigerator pickles, and made my first batch a couple of days ago. i don't have a garden, just bought a few english cucumbers at aldi's. i can't stand raw onions, but as part of my beautiful cucumber salad, they were great. it was so easy, following your instructions. as an added bonus, i have finally been able to replace my sharper image mandoline that i bought years ago, i'd been holding it together with duct tape for a while now. seeing the brand of that perfect looking slicer you had led me to find a new one. my new prepsolutions slicer is a great replacement for the sharper image one which i could not find again. so glad i found your videos. it was fun watching, and fun doing.

Fantastic!!! This is all awesome!!! I'm glad you got a new slicer and not having to use the one with duct tape anymore 😆 I love kitchen gadgets. I finally got one of those mini scoopers, and I love it! Takes making cookies to a whole nother level! Lolol
I should've bought one like 20 years ago. Thank you for the kind words. They are so much appreciated.

Thank you for sharing this cucumber salad in a jar. It looks so good I want to make it soon. One question is, I heard you said you save your jars, ( I save jars from spaghetti sauce etc) Do I need to boil the glass jars and lids to sterelize them?

Hi. I followed your recipe and it’s awesome. Question though, my cucumbers are wrinkly after 24 hours. I used the small Persian cucumbers. Maybe if I used the regular kind, it’ll turn out better and prettier. 😄😄😄.

Thank you for the recipe, but have to say something about jr comment about your uncle that has passed. He is NOT an angel now! I dont mean that in a mean tone at all, but this is how things in the word of God get twisted and spoken wrong, and is probably the way it happened with you. You probably heard someone else say it and it does sound nice, but is not right. God created us all in HIS image. He did not do this with the angels. The angels dont turn human and humans dont become angels. We need to study the woed of God a little more carefully, and make sure we are not misquoteing it. Angels have a special purpose, and we can never fill their part, nor can they EVER fill ours. One day we will judge the angels according to Gods word. Again, dont mean in a hateful way, i just think we must quote the word right and not say what it does not say. People are watching and listening. Thank you again, and God bless
