Hi! Thanks so much for this video! I made ghee using the oven too , and it was very easy. The jars all sealed and I’m storing them in dark place. BUT now I’m worried that I didn’t pressure can it , so wanted to know - do you have to pressure can ghee??? Help !!!

According to Google: Mineral oil makes eggs last longer than the natural "bloom" layer because it creates a more effective barrier on the eggshell, preventing moisture loss through evaporation, which is the primary factor causing eggs to deteriorate over time; whereas the bloom layer, while providing some protection, is naturally thinner and can be easily disrupted by washing or handling, allowing moisture to escape more readily.

I noticed when you gave the recipe initially you said 2 cups of potato flakes, but when you repeated the recipe you said 4 cups. Is it 4 cups of potato flakes? Also, would you be willing to give the recipe for your potato soup? Thank you.

I added 1 egg to mine and they turned out great. I also mixed mine with the dough hooks and my hand mixer. Easier on the arthritis. Lol

I’ve harvested and made the fresh tea and love it, but I encountered issues drying out the rest (it molded). I don’t have a dehydrator so can I use an air fryer to quick dry what I harvest?

I think it’s a great way to achieve balance too. Nature has its way….bit we altered it, and in the process altered ourselves .
