    This is the best advice I've ever heard. I've done it over 3 years. Firstly no alcohol pasta and rice and cakes and sweet things and built up to no bread. Not eating processed carbs is so hard. Yiu have to really think about what you can eat.

    This is perfect for me today. Yesterday I decided to do Whole30 for a month and I’m already struggling a bit because I want to eat well for the long haul. So I’m probably just going to be eating more fruit than suggested and be happy. At least I’ll begetting off of sugar and dairy etc. thanks Dr A❤
