    I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2015. I had chronic fatigue, pain, brain fog, anxiety and low mood until last year when I started fasting. I did one meal a day for three months. The brain fog went after 17 days, and my energy levels increased weekly. When my energy levels plateaued, I went outside each morning for 20 minutes to get the infrared light at dawn. That helped immensely. I still do it now, weather permitting.

    Mitochondria's worst enemies: lack of sleep, stress, sugar, caffeine! I abused them and I have fibromyalgia with CF, etc.

    Hi Doc! As a result of a fractured c-6, a botched surgery causing a fractured c-7, another cervical surgery, I now suffer from Cervical Dystonia, Traumatic Brain Injuries caused by Central and Obstructive apnea, & to round it out, dysphagia. The apneas cause 91 "events"/hour so for years I have been dealing with hypoxic episodes. These hypoxic episodes began to manifest as severe seizures, so severe that they cause heart attacks, I've had 3 in the last 2 years. Chronic Intermittent Hypoxia as a result of Central and Obstructive apneas is the official diagnosis. I went from 3 decades as a professional, long-distance athlete to just trying not to die. A few weeks ago, I discovered your channel and Methylene blue, as explained by you. I've done my research to locate the MB with the highest purity ratings and ordered it yesterday. I hope it helps because it might be my last chance.

    • @johntim3491
      @johntim3491 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Start with a good medical hypnotherapist like Richard Nongard. It is common to find that when the mind attacks itself...the body finds a way to follow. Only in the West are mind and body separated. If you are correct about Western medicine ... also means you might have to give up the fundamental ideas that go along with it. Many autoimmune conditions reflect the internal dialogue of the patient ... sometimes conscious (e.g grief) other times unconscious thoughts like guilt (for example)....nearly always following some emotional trauma or loss. Bundles of research to support this. Both British and American Medical Associations recommended medical schools teach physicians hypnotherapy from 1953 onwards. Never beat yourself up for any reason ... you weren't to know these things...they've been hidden. If necessary...get angry....but not at yourself.

      Medical grade infrared light panels, hydrogen water/ gas, methylene blue, PQQ and Coq10. Look for the company promolife for their hydrogen generator. It creates hydrogen water and you can also breathe the gas through a cannula. 1-3 hours a day makes a huge difference, or you can sleep with it. Using a 3-6 ft infrared light panel twice a day for 15 minutes each time will also make a very noticeable difference within 24-36 hours..
