    Do you remember how the medical community told you to stay out of the sunlight (vitamin D), to avoid egg yolks (biotin), butter and cream (K2 and C15), red meat (carnitine), bacon (choline), etc.? And then they told you to avoid animal fats and eat a carb heavy diet?
    Keep in mind they make all of their money when you are sick.

      Started taking it after the second safe and effective. For two weeks after the first I would get the feeling of not getting air. Did not need to be doing anything.
      After the second it came back. Lasted well over two years. During that time I got a watch that tracks body oxygen. And when these events happened, the levels had dropped.
      It has been about 5 months since the last, so maybe the side effects are finally over.

    Been taking NAC since 2020. Health has never been better. Also doing intermittent fasting and healthy Keto. I have had precancerous spots on my skin that are now shrinking and going away. I'm skeptical of some studies. A supposed "study" that the media ran with earlier this year is that fasting damages your heart. Well, you do some digging into the study you find out its just a non peer reviewed "study" and then you find out the people they used to push this narrative forward in the study were drinking a lot of coffee and smoking cigarette on a regular basis but they omit that from the findings as being the reason why they have heart problem. The system wants us sick, not healthy and will put in work to put doubt in people minds.

    A while back a practitioner here on youtube said not to take NAC if you had ever smoked (due to risk of cancer I believe). Do you agree or do you think this is being overly cautious? Would you advise a former smoker to take it only acutely, or perhaps not at all? Might it not actually benefit the lungs of a former smoker?

    • @peacefulruler1
      @peacefulruler1 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      the amount of morons posting stuff on NAC should be looked at. If you dare to trust these vlogs then it could take your life. NAC is a huge inflammatory substance and cut cut your oxygen in your lungs by squeezing your tubes to such a constriction that you wont be able to open them again to breath and you might not make it to an ambulance!

      I smoked for over twenty years. Stopped and have been taking NAC and it has not caused any issues.
      I was in hospital last June and had some virus, and I was given NAC when there so can't be bad.
      I have been taking 2 tablets daily for two years and nothing but benefits.

I was very surprised to see that they used dosages up to and exceeding 4 grams, which seemed a lot to me. So did this research look the effects of dose in humans?

      “GSH (Glutithione)and NAC are not substitutes for redox molecule, ascorbic acid (AA). Both AA and MEL increase endogenous production of GSH while I talked about the “considerations” that should be given to NAC supplementation during the pandemic due to its potential effects on tumorigenesis that is enhanced by viral persistence after infection.” Doris Loh Remember that NAC is a man made synthetic molecule and what feeds healthy cells also feeds cancer cells. If one is under physical and or emotional stress, taking NAC could affect active or latent cancer cells. So, Yes.

      He’s not saying NAC is bad, he’s saying perhaps be more mindful that this man-made supplement while helping to make Glutithione coukd also be feeding certain cancer cells in certain circumstances. He is being cautious not to overstep, but still be informative.
