Hi, i have liked and practiced your Auhm Chanting with unblocking chakra asanas. I really like the Auhm chanting so decided to explore the pranayam. Lekin abhi Mera mind वापिस disturb or overthinking krne laga hai plzzzz help me ab q muze relex feel nhe ho raha hai or consantration bhi nhe ho raha hai. Plz rlp
Holding one nostril made me restless after some time. Felt forced to keep the posture and hand aching as a result. Every other practice of satvik yoga works for me, but this didn't.

Yes, you have to breathe through your left nostril for the entire 10 minutes

I started sneezing severely after this. I suffer from nasal allergies. How to avoid? Was able to continue only about 4 mins
