Would love it if Sinn released the matte finish on the 104 in Europe as it was a limited edition in North America and Australasia only. Now that would be a winner. I do like both variants of the 105 it’s a great design too.
Hi PW they did do the FaceBook Fan Group 104 which my mate Asim helped sort out that was available over here but that sold out straight away , I'm going to reviewing the white dial also soon :)
Plus the 104 green dial was a special edition in US then Sinn start selling them like the blue dials etc., why watch Companies do that ? What’s the point? For me I’ve to say it’s a cool option ( I live in the Europe) them few months or 1 year I could buy it , but it’s not a cool deal for those fellows in US etc. don’t you agree mate plus can you at least say that the H link bracelet fits in both watches? Or Frances and Gay would loose money? I do want to buy an H bracelet for my 104 polished links and brushed/bead blasted for my UTC 105 but I do understand that you can’t say they all match ( same sizes, same lugs , same case design do i need more? ) pretty sure the polished inner links would look better but imagine your 104 Sinn case all brushed! Another watch and for a dress watch you can go for so many options… just the Bambino fine and cool watch! All the best best mate ! One question do Your sponsor Francis and Gay sales watches or accessories for overseas? Tax included?
@@69fastfurious Francis & Gaye can ship a watch to the US no idea about Europe best to email Ryan and ask as for the H-link bracelet I believe there are around 3 or 4 different thickness to the H-Link , Its the end links which are the biggest problem , PS Francis and Gaye don't pay me any money to do the reviews Jose
The 104 is the watch equivalent of a Porsche 911. A 911 is the perfect one car garage…the 104 is the perfect one watch collection. Style, heritage, performance, versatility, reliability. It’s the standard in its class…perfectly at home in any scenario…will still be beautiful 100 years from now. Can’t go wrong with any Sinn, really, but I’ll take the 104 every day of the week and twice on Sunday, and I wouldn’t think twice about it.
Very well said! My 104 is my favorite in the collection. I have a few that are more expensive, but the 104 is just so well done in my opinion. Contemplating one from the 556 line in 2024. Cheers and have a wonderful new year!
Late to Sinn, but I may have found one I like. The 105 3-hander ticks many boxes. Never liked the 104 due to it's odd, shiny shape but that hurdle's now jumped by a good bead-blast. Good info and thanks.
I was never a fan of the 104 until I got this and now I just love, Ive well over a 150 Sinn videos on the channel so they should keep you going for a bit :)
Another great video! I have a question, that you may not be able to help with.. but, maybe you know someone who can. I ended up buying a Tudor Black Bay 58. It's a very nice watch. However, they don't make a nice rubber strap. I know and see the after market options, but had an idea that maybe the Sinn rubber strap would (by luck) fit it. I know it's a long shot, (you prob. don't have a Tudor black bay there) but, I know you have access to lots of watches. If you ever think of it.. man, I would love to know if it's possible to fit the sinn rubbers on one!
105 all day for me. Blasted case is best for legibility. Even dial seems more matte on 105. Of course mvt too is final reason. Great videos! Keep them coming
How does the lume compare between the two? My everyday watch is the 104 as Im in a profession where I constantly use the countdown bezel feature throughout the day. After 6 years of use I've been totally pleased with it and may add the 105 to go along with it, but only if the lume is as well done as the 104.

@@ClickSpringReview Hm! Though one Disregarding what I have in my collection I would go for the 104 (blue dial probably) Or else, the 105 to make sure to add a GMT function in my watch tools 🧰
I'm really struggling to choose between a number of watches right now, the 105 UTC in black, U50 SDR, EZM13.1 a Black Bay 58 black and Black Bay pro... I'm pretty sure eventually I'll own all of them but it may take me some time to work my way through. The one issue I have with the 105 is it was announced two weeks after I received my 104!
@@ClickSpringReview Certainly I feel that the introduction of the Pro, priced so closely to the 58, renders the latter a poor deal. It's still a very popular watch though.
Hi Barry, thanks for the review on these too cool Sinn’s, love both the 104 is more versatile playing with bracelets it makes it a different watch the 105 UTC is beautiful and an every day sporty watch. What are your toughs power reserve for the 104 you have ? And for the 105 ? Do like the silicone band 👍 it’s very comfortable have to get courage to remove the Steel bracelet don’t want to scratch the lugs wright know 😆 need to tape it or do you have any trick? Tape ?
The power reserve on the 104 is ok and but is better on the 105 but saying that as long as the watch stays on your wrist it doesn’t matter, I’m always swapping the bracket out and never use any trap , as long as you fit the spring bars from behind you’ll be ok , Just never do it from you dial side 👍🏻
Thanks for putting both head to head! Appreciated! Do you have both watches still with you? Just asking because I wonder if the bezels can be interchanged? Any clue, any itch to get those screwdrivers out? 😂 cheers mate!

One question ( I’m waiting for my 105 utc in black dial and have seen your channel a lot , can you please tell me if the “rule” regarding for setting the hours plus the date we should have that 3 hour till 21 hour safe zone to not damage the date disc ? What is the hour hand we should have to reset the watch ? The main White House hand instead of the arrow orange utc hour? All the best mate ✌️🙌
The 104 needs a 2nd time zone bezel..... The bezel off the other 105 would be great on the 104 ( a pilots watch with no 2nd time option!!).. It's screaming out for it.
The 104 is more of an everyday watch it's like a bigger version of the 556 with a bezel. The EZM3 is the tool model at that price point . Being its polished it would be an easy joy for the likes of me to bush or bead blast one for a customer

Got 105 on bracelet black face and put it on a orange frolic strap in the summer , great watch.
I bet it looks great on that James
A blue dial 104 with 12hr bezel… now that would be a beauty
