To all the people saying Khri went too far here, let me remind you that Dagan had already murdered several Jedi up to this point. I get where she’s coming from.
In my opinion I agree with you. It was well deserved. But that doesn't stop the fact that what Khri did was very much so out of panic. If Dagan was ready....she probably wouldn't win.

Well there was a thing called telekinetic lightsaber combat where you would controll the lightsaber or sabers using the force and not your hands. In KOTOR 2 Kreia after loosing both hadns fight this way using 3 lightsabers at once.

There was also the case of Nomi Sunrider severing Ulic Qel-Droma of the force when he turned on Exar after slaying his brother. No questions. No fight. She straight up ripped the force from him.
Ironic even without the force, Ulic Qel-droma trained Nomis daughter Vivi into a legendary Jedi, and became one with the force at Death.

@@Commander23c The part where you insulted me? And it wasn’t the lack of attachment that led to the downfall of the Jedi. It was the utter belief in their own power, leading them to rush to violent solutions above all others.
And I wouldn’t dismiss the lesson all too little. Human beings can and will do crazy things when their loved ones are in danger. Anakin is the prime example in the prequels. When his loved ones were in danger he sacrificed everything to protect them, even his own moral codes. He feared losing his loved ones, and that is exactly what happened. It’s not the attachment is bad or evil, it’s just risky.
This is like if Padme was a Jedi and had the power to physically stop Anakin from turning to the dark side. Santari says she still had hope for Dagan in the Force Echo outside his chamber.

It's a force projection. My guess is he's strong enough in the force to manifest a phantom limb. Whether its a dark side ability or a light side one I couldn't say. Given that it strikes me as a matter of control and manipulation it's probably a dark ability.
How he really fell do the dark side:

IIRC, it was the one from the Kenobi show, basically a group dedicated to helping Jedi escape and often live new lives

Cal I think knew who couldn't beat him in a straight up sabre duel its why he used Dagans fears against him in the end it made him vulnerable. Falling to the dark side made him powerful but also made him vulnerable the bad emotions to be exploited
He’s literally a Jedi Master from the most powerful age of the Jedi. Like Rayvis said, the Jedi of the Clone Wars are weak compared to the ones of Dagan’s era. Outside of Mace Windu, who is confirmed to be one of the strongest in the order’s entire history.

First off, calm down. This is fiction. I said ONE of the strongest. Of course Anakin and Yoda are great examples, Mace was just the one I had used. I had specifically excluded Yoda and Anakin for two reasons.
Yoda was actually from the High Republic era, so I was including him in the “Jedi from Dagan’s Era”. Yoda is an example of High Republic Jedi.
Second reason is, Anakin is the chosen one, but that is just a measure of force potential. I excluded him due to his status though, made him a deus ex machina. That said, the “chosen one” position is one of prediction, not of totality. It says Anakin had the ability to be the strongest force user the galaxy had ever seen, due to his midichlorian count. It doesn’t automatically make you some god. This is proven by how many times he lost to other force-wielders. Anakin was definitely a beast, but..cmon.
Mace outclasses Yoda in strength, Yoda outclasses Mace in mastery of the force. It’s one of the reasons Mace was the leader of the Jedi Order during the Clone Wars, but Yoda was leader of the High Council. You also forget Mace overpowered beat managed to beat Palpatine whereas Yoda stalemated him. Anakin couldn’t even “stomp” Obi-Wan, so I just have to LOL at the idea he could “stomp” Mace. Mace has way too many tools (shatterpoint, vaapad) in his arsenal to combat Knightfall Anakin, which is where he was at his peak force ability. Anakin himself literally makes a reference to that when he was praising Obi-Wan - “Obi-Wan is a great mentor; as wise as Master Yoda, and as powerful as Master Windu."
Especially given Mace’s form is literally handcrafted to beat the dark side, which is when Anakin is at the peak of his abilities.
Once again, all 3 are good examples. Don’t know why you decided to nitpick my use of Mace as an example.
There’s no fanboying, just what is known about the Jedi from both era.

Dagan's story was mad disappointing lol. I feel like the writer of the game didn't read any high republic books.
@Deuspi 92 Pabs ternantes The only accurate thing about the demeanor of the high republic jedi was the way the council retreated from Tanalorr, since the priority of the council at the time was usually to save as many lives as possible. Their decisions post-retreat were odd tho. They would've had a plan to go back, knowing the potential of the planet. Dagan himself was also really odd. The flashbacks show that he was very obviously always angry (never really seen in any high republic jedi. Those who had his attitude usually either left or were taught to change) so that was also off. Santari Khri was odd too. She let Dagan kill multiple jedi before doing anything about it, and she barely did anything about it. One of the last points is that, at the time, the goal of the jedi and the republic was to expand. They never retreated from planets that fast without going back. It's redundant.
But you must remember that the nihil threat was a main issue in this time period. So most of jedi and republic forces was forcused on stopping the nihil threat. So it seemed reasonable for the council to abandon a planet that is hard to travel to and with no communications.
