I guess it was good I did mine a year into ownership as it was super easy. I used TMR DERLIN door hinge liners, the tool to punch them out is a bit different.
@@aj.adventures That rust on the outside is annoying. Mine is a 2017 and in about the same condition as yours but this spring I sanded and rattle can painted them while on. Just a cover up for now as I'm going to probably replace them in the future. Maybe next spring.
I used 1/2 drill bit. Bottom one used Dewalt right angle Chuck with bit. Took no time what so ever. Used a little bit of lubricant while drilling. It is aluminum so it goes really fast.

That’s a good idea, I’m going to start recommending people change them out right away. Doors come off so easy now!
