    Hi Nick. I'm new to your channel and new to Qigong. What a beautiful, inspirational video. Thank you so much. I can't quite manage the first two exercises due to rotator cuff issues, but I'm doing my best.

    Love this practice. Do it every morning. Prefer without the music. What other short (10-15) morning videos do you recommend? Thanks Nick. Would not have found QiGong if it wasn’t for your videos. Much appreciated.

    Hey Nick. Lovely session. Love your outdoor videos and vistas. For many reasons I am compelled to say - Thank you for NOT ADDING MUSIC! Love your channel. I found you on my own via TH-cam, and then recently discovered you in a training video via Master Holden's site. And you're a fellow Canuck, eh?! :) Appreciate your work and efforts. (S in Toronto)

    Great thanks. Are there parts of the practice that strengthen the body like yoga or is it mainly for stress reduction and flexibility?

    • @TheNickLoffree
      @TheNickLoffree  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Its less common in Qigong, but here’s a good lower body strength routine I did:
      th-cam.com/video/MIMcSH0ccBM/w-d-xo.html
      And here’s an upper body strength one:
