It is very nice routine , thank you . I love all your routines because of those beautiful surroundings { we can hear natural noises , ie waterfall , ocean , wind ... , great } and your quiet voice . In this new routine additional music is unfortunately too loud and "compete " with your instruction. It is unnecessary noise which doesn't make this routine calming and relax for me .
I absolutely agree. Some of the time it's OK but occasionally the music just swells too much and I can''t hear what you are saying. In spite of that, I love the exercises.

Hi Nick 👋🏾 I'm from New Zealand 🇳🇿 I've been struggling a lot with my emotions for months. I use to struggle with alcoholism stopped 8 monthe ago now im feeling my emotions for the first time which comes with crippling anxiety and panic attacks. I've found this extremely soothing and relaxing thank you 😊 like they say trauma is not only a psychological issues but a body memory the issues are in the tissues, I will keep coming back 🙏
