Good morning, Nick, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your dedication to teaching ancient practices that promote health, well-being, joy, and longevity. Your focus on physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of wellness is truly inspiring. I have been living with acute and chronic pain since December 2018 and have relied on a crutch for stability. Despite the challenges, I've found solace in your teachings and the wisdom of other remarkable instructors. Your guidance has significantly improved my quality of life, reminding me that the ordinary can become extraordinary when we challenge our limiting beliefs. Before my illness, surfing was a daily ritual for me. It's a goal I've been striving towards for six years, and I hope to return to the water soon, hopefully after one more neurosurgery. Thank you again for your invaluable contributions. I wish your channel continued success in spreading positivity and helping countless individuals experience the fullness of life. With heartfelt gratitude, Mike 🙏💪❤️
Amazing practice this morning for someone like me in snowy, cold NW Indiana. Love the vista behind you Nick and hearing the water lap against the shore is sooooo relaxing. This practice was just what my body needed this morning to unwind from shoveling and snowblowing. It put my body and head in a great relaxed and mindful state this morning Feel like seaweed cleared some tension I was carrying in my jaw and pelvis without even knowing. Love your practices and going along on your adventures. Thanks for making these avaiable to do over and over again. Qigong is changing my life!
Hey Nick! Another lovely class! What a gorgeous setting! Love the colors. I laughed at the worm vision and the swimming chicken! Humor qi gong is a true pain reliever 😂mucho gracias!
This was an excellent routine. I recently did a Silk Reeling Qigong Workshop with Lee Holden and I find doing Silk Reeling QiGong movements most helpful for my stiff Joints,
Nick. What a session. Qigong is so wonderful for my assortment of aches and pains ; I cannot imagine being without it. And you are an inspiring leader for us all. The colours of Okinawa are so different from California. May they lead you and Charity and another to joy and happiness. Be well. Be happy. Thank you always.
Hi, Nick! Thanks for the wonderful practice! Yesterday I enjoyed your crane balance session, now I am going to start this new one. Thanks again, your fan and supporter from another continent (66).have a nice day and take care.
Hello, I have been doing qigong regularly for 2 years. Your teaching is excellent, I can't wait to finish and do my daily work. Thank you very much.🙏❤️🙋🏻♀️
Nice i am just tuning into Day 6 of the Ultimate Holistic Health Summit and I think you should be there as a speaker because all these movements in Qigong are vital for the health!
Who me? Sore back ? Well, not for the moment. Another marvelous session. Thank you , again. I do hope you'll be able to return to Okinawa and share the beauty .
Thank you for sharing this one!! Btw I think "big guy" is an accurate translation. The movement kinda mimics a childlike exaggeration of a "big guy". for us who don't take up much space in this world it can be fun to pretend a little in this safe space. but jellyfish are great too, especially for qigong!
Great feedback! I guess I’m curious if there really is a Chinese word for “guy”, or if it was really “man” or something more formal. Lovely exercise either way :)
Thank you NIck! This is just what I needed today. I also did your head and neck pain one in conjunction as I have had some blockage of Qi in my neck and shoulder area. Your new home of Osaka is so beautiful! On my bucket list now!
That’s great! Living in Okinawa, not Osaka. Two very different places so make sure you book the right plane tickets for that bucket list ;) Osaka is also beautiful but Okinawa is the only part of Japan that is tropical like this.
Thank you. Really enjoyed this. I had a fall recently and hurt my arm so this was helpful to gently get it moving. Also the swimming chicken had me laughing.
Oh wow I didn't know that I do it already spontaneously in my TaiQigong lessons. Feels always great to wake up with. Thnkx Nick for a fluid demonstration & clear explanation. I learned now more about silk reeling.🙏
Such a great and simple tip, breathe in going up and out going down. Sometimes I forget whether to breathe in or out! Teacups are a challenge for me but coming from a long line of Italian waitresses I think of them when I try, ha ha. Thank you for all your videos.
hi you make really many good classes, thanks for that. I am in menopause and have a lot of trouble with my hormones, hot flashes, very sensitive to cold, pain in my ankles, wrists, lower back and headaches/migraines. I know you are a man😊, but do you have a class for better hormone balance that you can recommend? I think it is hard to find. Once again thanks for your great videos 🙏🏼🤗
Hi, this one might be helpful for replenishing the kidney chi that tends to decline with menopause: Qigong for Winter | Lower Dan Tian, Kidney Qi, & Vitality | Chi Kung & Zhan Zhuang for Water Element th-cam.com/video/pC6N7_5_dck/w-d-xo.html
Hi! Thanks for the set of silk reeling exercises. I have saved them to practice as often as possible. Thank you very much for your awesome job! Best regards and take care.
This routine is amazing! I had noticed it before, but never thought to try it. Just what I needed today. I'm sure to come back to it again and again. Thank you, Nick!
Sometimes, I try out a new qigong video and it seems to be just what I need for my present situation. This routine feels like just such a practice for me. Many thanks, Nick! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Hi Nick, Do you think you might ever do a Quigong session specifically for desk workers? People who use their hands a lot for typing, have bad posture, and tight lower back/hips?
Thank you, Nick for a wonderful session. AlwAys enjoy your sessions. So calming and the sounds of the water so soothing. Great instruction and easy to follow. Congrats to you and Charity. Such wonderful news!😮❤😊
So excited to see. your first video from Okinawa! That add a "Blue Zone" dimension to the amazing-ness of your routines! Arigatou Gozaimasu Nick Sensei:)
Nick, thank you for another beautiful practice! Connecribg body, mind, spirit in such a gentle way -- wow! Definitely a pracrice to treasure and repeat, Peace,
Hi< I have recently discovered your channel, and want to thank you for this amazing gift of sharing your wisdom, I find it so powerful and healing. I would like to ask a question about the movement of the knees which I found in a few lessons including this one. I know from anatomy lessons that the mobility of the Knee joint is to flex and extend and no circular movement between the thy and the shin. the circular movement should originate in the hip and the knee only flexes or extends. How is the circular movement of the knee explained in the session? many thanks for your generosity.
First - congratulations to you and Charity - wonderful news and thankfully Charity is feeling better. This routine was perfect for me. My body hasn't been moving for several months due to hip replacement surgery. Finally I'm beginning to feel more fluid - will repeat this one - loved it - your explanations make it easy to follow - hope to get to your range of motion.
Im rather new to qigong and have been greatly enjoying your sessions. Is it beneficial to repeat a particular pose throughout the day and/or while doing a session lengthen a particular pose when I want more?
I could literally just listen to your voice all day hahahaha!
Shucks 😂

Space worms and swimming chickens? Is the dad humor kicking in already? 😂 Lovely session, thanks so much!
Ahaha the Dad jokes are strong with this one…
You are the best qigong master on TH-cam!!!!!! I SO appreciate you!
This was perfect. Beautiful location and the routine was enhanced by the gentle sound of the waves lapping on the sand. More like this please!
Came here to say the same 🌊 Love this session! Peaceful and revitalizing 💙
I'm really enjoying going back through the videos as part of my evening practice. So grateful, Nick 🙏 Thank you

Used this one today being so achy and I feel so much improvement. The “big guy” flow feels more like a giant manta ray than a jellyfish, think 😊
They you Nick. I found this session very helpful, and intuitive and satisfying as a sequence. Thank you. 🙏🦋

Loved this delicious practice and what a mesmerizing view. Congrats to you and Charity ❤
Wonderful practice as usual! Thank you. And also congratulations on making a qi baby. May Charity's pregnancy get easier each day.
I've tried about every form of exercise on planet Earth. Nothing makes my joints feel better than doing the Marv Marinovich workout on the ball.

Thank you for the excellent qigong for my stiff joints🙏🌻
