The FCU isn’t as “drop- in” as buyers are initially led to believe. Thanks for this video. They very issue caused me a minor amount of frustration recently when I decided to pull out the FCU and clean out all the pocket lint. Fortunately didn’t have parts going all over the place.
Funny this just happened to me recently when I switched over to Wilson combat grip. Wish you had this video before. But figured it out after some hours.
Great video!!! I recently purchased a used P365. Your videos (and parts) have been a fantastic resource. I appreciate your attention to detail. After taking the FCU out to clean it, I had the exact issue with the takedown safety bar. I don't remember which videos, but I went back through some of your other videos to see the proper relationship between the sear and the end of the lever.
Not related to this video, but I recently purchased an Agency Arms trigger for my p320. the trigger came with a replacement trigger bar spring, sear springs, and what appears to be a new take down safety lever spring, would you have any idea why Agency would provide a replacement spring for the take down safety lever?
I just picked up the Sig Sauer P320 AXG Legion, and I noticed that you don't have any videos featuring it. Maybe I'm blind and you do, but if not, would you be interested in making some content surrounding the AXG Legion? I'd even be willing to send you mine to use if you don't have one or access to one.
I have a weird issue where when I put the gun back together and push the takedown lever up, it releases the slide lock lever. every video I've seen of the disassembly of the p365 isn't supposed to do that. curious if you might know whats causing that issue, The gun still shoots fine, but the first time I put my p365 back together after cleaning the takedown lever cut my thumb because of this.

THANK YOU!!! I lost my mind for about an hour until I finally found this video. Really appreciate it.
Thanks. Your always there when we need you .

THANK YOU!
This helped me figure out why the sear wouldn't drop down after some work. When in doubt, take it back apart, & reassemble.
Very helpful tip, thanks for sharing
can you please explain the difference [besides the TiN coating] between the standard FCU and the higher end custom works FCU ?
I have a question do you trust the Sig 320 for concealed carry
@sigguy What grip module can I use on my full size Sig P320? It currently has a RXZP Grip. I brought a magwell for it and it won’t work with the RXZP

Can you do a magazine disconnect removal ?
Thank you

Do you know where we can source P250 FCU parts?
