Good video and very informative! The Sig P365 was the first gun I ever purchased and was my carry gun until I purchased the P365 X-Macro. I still use it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a 9mm to conceal carry. Great gun, very reliable and accurate!
I’ve been carrying a hellcat pro for over a year now. It’s the best concealed carry weapon for me. I have a decent size gut and I can drive with it on me. 15+1, red dot and I’m accurate with it.

I agree that the Shield is a nice piece for carry, but I switched from it to the S&W CSX. The metal makes it slightly heavier, but the geometry and size are nice for carrying.

I love my Hellcat with the 11 round magazine & pinky extension for conceal carry. That's 12 rounds in an extremely reliable pistol that had no problems eating up & spitting out several different types & makes of 9 mm ammo. Love it! ❤️
I enjoy and trust my 365x macro comp. It's in the sweet spot cost wise because I can shoot and practice on the range for fun but still not so expensive that if I were have to surrender it I could go out and get another.
Sig P365XL with a TLR-6 weapon light. Not to mention the new 17 round mags that go with any P365 model. Add a DPM recoil reducer and you have one very accurate and reliable sidearm. I prefer Sig Night Sites, but others prefer to add a red dot.
I love the VP9 and have 3 of them including the PV9SK. It has a great trigger and feels better in my hand than my Sig 365X, even with the extended mag. Another favorite that I've been carrying is the S&W Shield+.
My wife carries the VP9SK and it is honestly one of the most accurate guns I've ever shot, including full size guns. If I didn't already have a different carry gun that I'm quite comfortable with I'd entertain another VP9SK!
My EDC pistol is the Sig P365XL ROMEOZERO carried in a Crossbreed SuperTuck holster with the Combat Cut loaded with SPEER GOLD DOT 124 grain JHP +P loading. This works extremely well for me!
I love it except that bottom load battery and re zero I carry the p320 compact 3.9 romeo 1 pro top load battery gun is awesome little heavy compared to p365xl
You're bang on in this list... I'm in NJ with 10 round mag limit. I bought a VP9SK running a Holosun SCS optic and the 10 round pinkie mag. The trigger is absolutely impeccable. It's so comfortable to shoot but a bit big in my opinion to carry. I run an Olight Valkyrie and fits perfectly. Because it is on the larger subcompact size I got a Springfield Hellcat OSP for carry. It is small and comfortable to hold and the stock tritium sights are absolutely incredible. Gen2 trigger is crisp and it is super accurate. Because of it's small size, it really does kick, but you get used to it especially with the pinkie extension. Highly recommend both.
I’d recommend 365xl spec compe. HK are awesome tho, got a full size. As for 10 round, you can always manage to find bigger just gotta look. And know ways around!
According to most analytics and sales the most popular ccw for the last several years have been... 1) Sig P365 2) Glock 43X 3) Taurus G2C 4) Ruger LCP Max 5) Springfield Hellcat. No real surprises since they are all affordable and reliable enough to protect you and your family.
I will never, ever, trust Sig Sauer. Their screw-up at the introduction of the P365 and the drop-safe issue of the 320 has turned me totally against Sig.
I have a Canik Elite Combat and love it but another great pistol is any Shadow Systems 920 Series , my favorites are the MR 920 P and the XR 920 P both are completely set up out of the box and need nothing more than a optic if that's your preference .
I just bought a hellcat pro. Took my p365 xl to the range and my son brought his hellcat. I bought a hellcat pro that day lol. The grip on the 365xl is a little too thin for me. Might get a macro though.
I have not had the same, positive, experience with the P365. I have gone to the Glock 43X with the available 15 round mags from Shield Arms and PSA. I have obtained the Springfield HellCat Pro with 17 round mags as an option.
My carry is sig p365. i have 2. lost first one while deer hunting found it 4 months later but had bought another during that time. still carry the one I lost. it was a little rusted. didnt fire first round but did the rest so that was enough for me to keep. cleaned it up and put new one in the safe. i love my g19 and PDP but i carry appendix and just not comfortable. My opinion the best carry gun is what you can afford and shoot well.
Do u know or have an issue with it? Mine shoots about 8 inches high? Love the gun but took it out and Red dot was dead and factory sights it shoots about 6-8 inches high
I'm still carrying a 5 shot Charter Arms 5 shot snubbie .38SPL with +P hollowpoints. It carries comfortably, very easy to conceal, accurate even at 25 yards and hella reliable.
I gave my S&W 642CT 38spl. (5shot) to my wife for EDC and it is a fine dependable revolver. I then went and purchased myself the hammerless Kimber KS6 357magnum (6shot) and Love its beauty and reliability. My concealed carry for the past three years was the Walther PPK. Small, reliable, and extremely accurate. It definitely made the 6+1 count! I’ve been trying to find a 9mm replacement for it since .380 ammo has become so expensive but so far no good 9 mm compact with a metal frame and a decocker Seems to be available.
The fn compact mre is hands down the best. I know people like to hate on fn for various glaring reasons. But boy does it carry well and do its job better than most. I’m still new to this world and tested a lot of different pistols and the clear winner was the fn, at least for me.

Why would anyone have a Staccato for a CCW? You do know if there is a defence shooting, you're losing that gun for months if you even get it back at all.
10:57 not many people know this, but the standard p365 can hold a 17rd mag. Also good luck finding the gun, not sure if Sig is still making them … 🤷🏻♂️

I'm not.really a fanboy, but I'll always trust in Glock. I just got a new Glock 21 Gen5 in 45 caliber for my bedside. I Cary a Glock 43x Mos for edc but also swap out my Sig Sauer P365 X-Macro in rotation also. But I've put 1500 rounds through my Glock without a problem. I've put around 1000 through the Sig Sauer P365 X-Macro and had 2 flaws. So if I'm betting my life I go with glock. 👍
There is no reproach for liking Glocks. They are the simplest, easiest to disassemble/reassemble, most affordable firearm available with an outstanding reputation for durability, reliability, and aftermarket upgrade parts. And my Kydex iwb holster is perfect for my Glock 23. Most of the time I am unaware of it when I carry.
Sig over Glock any day.. anytime. I switch between my 2 different P365s and my INCREDIBLE Sig P229 SAO LEGION. Steel over plastic..man up. it aint that heavy. Even my CZ75 D compact i will carry before a Glock.. GOOD LUCK. pew pew pew🔫🔫🔫

Not a Glock fan boy in here as well. Over the years, I have managed to accumulate a number of guns from all the big names, HK, Sig, Beretta, CZ, DW, Springfield. From my collection of 40 handguns, if I can only have one, I may have to go with my Glock 19.
I've never really "hated" any gun before but I despise my Hellcat and Hellcat Pro. The recoil snaps like a 10mm compared to my P365XL and G43X with the same ammo. Buying them was 2 of the biggest mistakes I've made in 15 years of shooting.
I'm over 70 years old & just yesterday I was out in the Arizona 🏜 desert, where it's legal this time of year, shooting up several boxes of different types of 9 mm ammo in my new Hellcat. I love the flawless functionality of this little beauty! Not a single problem. I love that the firing pin is actually a bar with a shovel shaped tip -- not likely to break any time soon. I found the Hellcat to not be any snappier then any other small pistol. Snappyness was not a problem. The Hellcat is a perfect conceal carry for me. ❤
Shadow 2 compact is the goat. A lot cheaper the C2 and practically just as good. 365 x macro is second choice though. For price, size, and round count it’s king.
I don’t like the skinny pistols. I love my vp9sk with the Holosun scs, it fits my hand better than any smaller pistols I have and it shoot soft. I’m 5’10” 170lbs and I have no trouble carrying it appendix in a tier1 holster
I never did CC. I just scare the hell out of people. That’s going to change, though. Nice review. You can tell in this video that that P365 recoil is very minimal, compared to the others.
The world does go round and round I had micros and would be very comfortable carrying! But shooting the micros was very unpleasant for me I’m not speaking for anyone else just me! I bought a g19g3 gave to my wife for birthday present! That was a regret, cause then I had to buy another g19 and I’m back to enjoying the reliability and enjoyment of going back to the range! But with the right holster it’s comfortable to carry. Oh btw I carry owb I have never like iwb just my preference! Good luck bud! 👊👍🏼
Glocks are outdated. They have horrible sights, triggers, guide rods, grip angle, and ergonomics. And they won't innovate or come out with anything new. And they aren't even the most reliable anymore. They are phasing themselves out.
Hellcat and 365 in smallest form are the only real contenders. The first three , ok if you wear a parka or other cover garment every day. Here in south that is a big no. Pocket carry rules.
I'm sorry but the 365 I bought and got rid of it within a week I hated it. The rail made sure you bought everything from sig and the taurus gx4 walks all over it. The only thing the gx4 don't have a rail but then again the sig was 3 times the cost
When reviewing 2 points to include: Is the gun left handed shooter friendly? ( reversible mag release) All of these types of videos are by experienced / pro shooters. You need to put each gun in a newbie’s and small relatively inexperienced womans’s or small man’s hands and include their feedback. All of the guns mentioned are excellent guns, but may not be right for everyone. This vid will sell a lot of guns that will be rarely fired because the chosen gun is nuot good for the specific shooter.
My Raven arms 25acp is as good as it gets for ccw. I usally only have 1 malfunction per mag. But I only paid $50 and its just as good as your Staccato or glock, when it goes bang🤷♂️
But none of them are under $200...... bummer 😕 I still have to buy eggs and bread sooooooooooooo a $500-$2000 handgun is not in my forecast as of right now.
There is little size difference between the VP9 full size and the SK, except for height. So you lose capacity for very little additional concealability.
I own both you are so wrong it's unbelievable. My full size is 15 rds which you can also have in the SK. Height and length dimensions are considerably smaller than a full size
JUST REMEMBER and God for bid, if you have to protect yourself or family you could possibly never get it back once you hand it over to law enforcement.. I would suggest a very reliable but not extremely expensive gun for You're EDC.. Unless money mean nothing to you but i would dare say that it does to most including myself...🤝🇺🇸👍

Public opinion says differently the Sig P365 is not the best thing on the market and for some time they have been having quality control issues with some of their firearms and you forgot to add the glock and Canik line of firearms they are more affordable and have way less issues going on, at the end of the day these two i would trust my life with over the Sig Sauer guns.
First of all, you are not even comparing the manufacturers concealed carry guns. For example, you are highlighting the Walter PDP, which is nowhere near the concealment of the Walter PPS. This is more of a marketing ad video than a real presentation of a dominant concealed carry firearm.
Yep, went from being a “Glock only guy” and “I’ll never CC anything other than g26 in g3 or g4. I got sick of feeling like I had a brick taped to me hip! 😂🙈 Tried a 365 out. Preferably a custom spec XL, so instead of a 3.7 barrel, you do a 3.1 but keep same size slide! But the nose of the slide gets compensation cuts! So helps recoil, saves weight, and looks cool! Not to mention it’s not any less accurate than the reg XL! Compared to g26….😮💨…. There is none.. it’s way smaller /thinner feeling. Can’t even tell it’s on me sometimes! Vs “ I can’t wait to take this thing off!” 😂 I mean it’s not that it’s smaller when you look at both. But it just feels smaller. Slides are same length. Glock is fatter width wise.. but that’s because it’s the same width as a full size. Grip is a little longer.. but that’s cause it’s a 12+1 flush ! 😮 vs your all too familiar 10+1. Not saying that’s bad, but more is always better. You can fit your whole hand on it factory flush! Vs getting extended mag on Glock. And most importantly, the Sig makes a nice little metallic sound when you rack it! 😅 Vs Glock which doesn’t. Glock does have a better price also a better finish they use on the slides etc. No brainer though! Just had to get used to combat style shooting. Plus being used to strictly GLOCK grip angles this was different. Had to watch myself at first. But it’s only been three/ four weeks since I got it, and…. Yea..😊 This is it for me
I normally carry a Glock 19 and I get exactly what you mean about them being somewhat “heavy”. I was looking to downsize to something the same as you and was thinking about a m&p shield 45 or a sig XL. Don’t know what to say but how is the sig still running?

I'm not.really a fanboy, but I'll always trust in Glock. I just got a new Glock 21 Gen5 in 45 caliber for my bedside. I Cary a Glock 43x Mos for edc but also swap out my Sig Sauer P365 X-Macro in rotation also. But I've put 1500 rounds through my Glock without a problem. I've put around 1000 through the Sig Sauer P365 X-Macro and had 2 flaws. So if I'm betting my life I go with glock. 👍
There is no reproach for liking Glocks. They are the simplest, easiest to disassemble/reassemble, most affordable firearm available with an outstanding reputation for durability, reliability, and aftermarket upgrade parts. And my Kydex iwb holster is perfect for my Glock 23. Most of the time I am unaware of it when I carry.
Sig over Glock any day.. anytime. I switch between my 2 different P365s and my INCREDIBLE Sig P229 SAO LEGION. Steel over plastic..man up. it aint that heavy. Even my CZ75 D compact i will carry before a Glock.. GOOD LUCK. pew pew pew🔫🔫🔫
Same here. I love my sigs and the newer ones are super cool, but when my life is on the line, I’m grabbing the Glock.

Not a Glock fan boy in here as well. Over the years, I have managed to accumulate a number of guns from all the big names, HK, Sig, Beretta, CZ, DW, Springfield. From my collection of 40 handguns, if I can only have one, I may have to go with my Glock 19.
I've never really "hated" any gun before but I despise my Hellcat and Hellcat Pro. The recoil snaps like a 10mm compared to my P365XL and G43X with the same ammo. Buying them was 2 of the biggest mistakes I've made in 15 years of shooting.
I'm over 70 years old & just yesterday I was out in the Arizona 🏜 desert, where it's legal this time of year, shooting up several boxes of different types of 9 mm ammo in my new Hellcat. I love the flawless functionality of this little beauty! Not a single problem. I love that the firing pin is actually a bar with a shovel shaped tip -- not likely to break any time soon. I found the Hellcat to not be any snappier then any other small pistol. Snappyness was not a problem.
The Hellcat is a perfect conceal carry for me. ❤
Canik mc9 is my choice
Shadow 2 compact is the goat. A lot cheaper the C2 and practically just as good. 365 x macro is second choice though. For price, size, and round count it’s king.

I don’t like the skinny pistols. I love my vp9sk with the Holosun scs, it fits my hand better than any smaller pistols I have and it shoot soft. I’m 5’10” 170lbs and I have no trouble carrying it appendix in a tier1 holster
The Wilson Combat grip for the P365 is the way to go.
I like my FN Reflex.
If money is no object then it's the CZ Shadow 2 Compact or the Walther PDP Pro SD Compact. lol
I been carrying a Glock 17 gen 5 for a few years now I think I’m going to go the 19 gen 5 cause it’s a little smaller .
Love my Sig 320 m18 and p229. I rarely carry my Glock
It would be nice to know which of these guns have metal versus polymer frames, and which ones have de-cocker versus safeties.
Shield plus, Canik MC9, Hellcat, but I’ll stick with my G29 ;-)

The world does go round and round I had micros and would be very comfortable carrying!
But shooting the micros was very unpleasant for me I’m not speaking for anyone else just me! I bought a g19g3 gave to my wife for birthday present! That was a regret, cause then I had to buy another g19 and I’m back to enjoying the reliability and enjoyment of going back to the range!
But with the right holster it’s comfortable to carry. Oh btw I carry owb I have never like iwb just my preference!

Glocks are outdated. They have horrible sights, triggers, guide rods, grip angle, and ergonomics. And they won't innovate or come out with anything new. And they aren't even the most reliable anymore. They are phasing themselves out.
Im rolling around with my glock 19 with a red dot in the fall winter and spring, and i pocket carry a glock 42 in gym shorts in the summer

Hellcat and 365 in smallest form are the only real contenders. The first three , ok if you wear a parka or other cover garment every day. Here in south that is a big no. Pocket carry rules.
I would never pay 2k dollars for a stacatto to lose it in the street or to use it and have it under a padlock in an evidence locker

I'm sorry but the 365 I bought and got rid of it within a week I hated it. The rail made sure you bought everything from sig and the taurus gx4 walks all over it. The only thing the gx4 don't have a rail but then again the sig was 3 times the cost

Is the gun left handed shooter friendly? ( reversible mag release)
All of these types of videos are by experienced / pro shooters. You need to put each gun in a newbie’s and small relatively inexperienced womans’s or small man’s hands and include their feedback. All of the guns mentioned are excellent guns, but may not be right for everyone. This vid will sell a lot of guns that will be rarely fired because the chosen gun is nuot good for the specific shooter.
My Raven arms 25acp is as good as it gets for ccw. I usally only have 1 malfunction per mag. But I only paid $50 and its just as good as your Staccato or glock, when it goes bang🤷♂️

There is little size difference between the VP9 full size and the SK, except for height. So you lose capacity for very little additional concealability.
I own both you are so wrong it's unbelievable. My full size is 15 rds which you can also have in the SK. Height and length dimensions are considerably smaller than a full size

JUST REMEMBER and God for bid, if you have to protect yourself or family you could possibly never get it back once you hand it over to law enforcement.. I would suggest a very reliable but not extremely expensive gun for You're EDC.. Unless money mean nothing to you but i would dare say that it does to most including myself...🤝🇺🇸👍

Public opinion says differently the Sig P365 is not the best thing on the market and for some time they have been having quality control issues with some of their firearms and you forgot to add the glock and Canik line of firearms they are more affordable and have way less issues going on, at the end of the day these two i would trust my life with over the Sig Sauer guns.

First of all, you are not even comparing the manufacturers concealed carry guns. For example, you are highlighting the Walter PDP, which is nowhere near the concealment of the Walter PPS. This is more of a marketing ad video than a real presentation of a dominant concealed carry firearm.

I got sick of feeling like I had a brick taped to me hip! 😂🙈
Tried a 365 out. Preferably a custom spec XL, so instead of a 3.7 barrel, you do a 3.1 but keep same size slide!
But the nose of the slide gets compensation cuts! So helps recoil, saves weight, and looks cool!
Not to mention it’s not any less accurate than the reg XL!
Compared to g26….😮💨…. There is none.. it’s way smaller /thinner feeling. Can’t even tell it’s on me sometimes! Vs “ I can’t wait to take this thing off!” 😂
I mean it’s not that it’s smaller when you look at both. But it just feels smaller. Slides are same length. Glock is fatter width wise.. but that’s because it’s the same width as a full size.
Grip is a little longer.. but that’s cause it’s a 12+1 flush ! 😮 vs your all too familiar 10+1. Not saying that’s bad, but more is always better.
You can fit your whole hand on it factory flush! Vs getting extended mag on Glock.
And most importantly, the Sig makes a nice little metallic sound when you rack it! 😅

I normally carry a Glock 19 and I get exactly what you mean about them being somewhat “heavy”. I was looking to downsize to something the same as you and was thinking about a m&p shield 45 or a sig XL. Don’t know what to say but how is the sig still running?
