    It's the homeless ones that really get me 😭😭 The idea someone can work fulltime and still not be able to provide a roof over their head is just heartbreaking.

      It is because people don't get paid enough because the economy and inflation rises faster than people get raises. I'm just barely not homeless and I am making 15/hr which is not enough at minimum in most areas.

      For giving one worker a chunk of money, but tomorrow a thousand other employees walk back in doing the same job for a wage that wouldn't pay their basest living expenses?

    • @JonCampo91
      @JonCampo91 19 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @agp11001 If they gave them all that chunk, the business would close and all those liberals wouldn't have a job at all to whine about. If they want more money, they can aquire valuable skills. It's extremely simple. Not sure what you people don't get. You just want everything free free free.

    The hardest working employees are the ones who have had a upbringing without money. When you grow up having less then everyone you are friends with. You want to have that life! I had a good childhood! I dont remember being poor until my teens. My parents split up and my mom raised my sister and I. When I kind of learned about life, I still did not know. I knew we were poor. Until I'll got a job, I respected my mom so much for what she did, had to do! The person I respect the most in my life is my mom! Now, I am like her. I never miss a day of work. I dont take vacations! I have money to spend and dont struggle with money. Car part money is what I have and I enjoy it. Thank you mom, for showing me how to be a hard worker and a strong person. I miss you, I love, and I am sorry. Lost her 9/1/21.

    I'm currently homeless, and have been for sometime now I'm in a shelter but I still cannot find the right help I need it's just so hard this really got to me because I can relate to the people that a were homeless and the genuine help that they received i know they really truly appreciated that because going through homelessness we do our best everyday to stay positive... i pray everyday I'll get, to where I need to be in a stable place and get back to being financially stable as well somedays hit me hard but I remain strong through this process because I know it won't be forever things will come in my favor someday!
    I pray for everyone that is in the same situation of homelessness, stay strong and be safe out there wherever you're at and know it won't be forever know that you're doing the best you can and keep at it!

      EXACTLY!!!! Fake as hell. I was a 61 yr old female who worked as a ride along for UPS to help during Christmas. My driver was a perfect driver, he continued to tell me such personal things and I couldn't figure out why he would tell me such personal things when I just met him. Finally after a week he asked me if I was an undercover boss. I was shocked!!! From that point on he drove like a maniac, was not "friendly" to me and he and his wife would scream at each other on the phone while driving through the mountains. I was literally in fear for my life. For anybody to start telling a stranger such personal things when just meeting them is so fake. Especially with camera's in their face. I don't care what phoney story they give the workers. FAKE

Something like this would have been amazing in my life and would have made the difference in it. I am so very grateful for the people that have given me opportunities, sometimes that is all people need. I'm curious about all of the undercover bosses' other employees. If they pay all of them a living wage in the first place, the man backing the paychecks wouldn't have a reason to be in a position to glorify their generosity to only one person in front of a camera. These episodes help one individual, (which is great) but I've never seen one that opens a boss' eyes to the fact that underpaying people is the main reason for homelessness.

    In all honestly it is a shame that someone like Tony who beats the tar out of someone who murdered his daughter gets time in jail. The rage & pain he must have felt I cannot ever imagine. I do not blame him for what he did. I remember watching the Larry Nasser trial. The father pleaded with the judge as part of the sentence to have 5 minutes alone with the POS. Who can blame him for sexually abusing a few of his gymnastic daughters. You could tell the officers in the court really did not want to take him away. th-cam.com/video/Bhplg8YCu-M/w-d-xo.html Judge refused to punish this man which I applaud the judge. th-cam.com/video/tFLEym5aBzA/w-d-xo.html

      This is why we need to encourage jury nullification (that’s when a jury refused to convict someone, even though they are guilty, because they believe their actions were justified)

      @@navisingh3674 Only jury I ever been on that the trial went forward an off-duty police officer shot a 16 year old boy in the leg while catching him in the act of fondling his 8 year old son. The officer was on trial for felonious assault with enhancement, unlawful discharge of a firearm with enhancement, and disorderly conduct. We deliberated for 20 minutes and collectively utilized jury nullification to reach not guilty on all charges. To be fair a law enforcement officer, even off-duty, should have shown more restraint and the situation differently but any father, regardless of profession, would have done this or worse.

    I wonder if they take suggestions on which companies we think they should send a boss undercover to. The episode at my job would be a rather interesting one. 😅
