Surprisingly it's not, boring yea, I don't think it's full of cringe, they're not bringing up something gqy every 5 seconds, they are sticking to the story
Star Wars desperately needs its own equivalent to Marvel’s Deadpool & Wolverine. Something refreshing that brings the fans together and doesn’t divide them. Like imagine a Death Troopers horror movie made by Neil Blomkamp. Or a proper Boba Fett film about him gathering a crew of his fellow bounty hunters to go on a heist and be inspired by Expendables. Something creative to not be the same old same old. But unfortunately creativity isn’t on the table at Lucasfilm. Still, worth suggesting what they COULD do. But they’d probably screw it up anyway so why bother 🙄
You know what else is double standard? Men p do files get arrested, but women p does a lot of times don’t get punished. Women get away with everything. Mostly.
Worldwide women either burning money or having it burnt on them. So sure you want to advertise to them. But most of the money comes from men so if you straight out insult them they will give wives and girlfriends something else.
Women hate this crap too. Trust me I'm one show is complete dog sewage water. Us girls what romance between guys and girls. Why do you think Japan is doing so well in the entertainment department? I managed to get through the acolyte, as for agatha I am struggling to watch the last episode which you'd would be the episode you'd fly through, I still haven't even started watching it yet and everytime I think about doing it my mind changes.
I cancelled my Disney+ sub after watching the last episode of the Acolyte on the day it dropped. I won't be back until Andor S2.....I'll watch Agatha at that time.
The show would've done well if they'd gone the Hocus Pocus route, but it's looking more like a Charmed/Desperate Housewives hybrid. Even that could've been a hit on Netflix, but as a Marvel/Disney show, it's an odd duck. Also, the Acolyte comparisons are unfair - Acolyte had glaring issues from the very first scene, but Agatha seems decent for what it is.
A super hero show made for woman…while men have always been the large majority of the super hero fan base. Unless it was made on a show string budget, it was never going to succeed.
And? There are side stories everywhere. Why can't TV-series being an introduction to newer movies? Super hero fan base, more like bunch of sensitive just see the "gay" part and act like chickens "Woke woke woke". I hate woke thing, but it's ridiculous to lit the fire for everything that isn't favorite of the mob. That's called witch hunt, witch trial.
You should go full on Wilkins Kofee. Fans will get A bang out of it. Also, imagine if 'Lizzie McGuire', and 'Hanna Montana' were remade into 'boy brands'.
My first theory for The Acolyte budget was that it was the total for for two seasons, because no explanation made sense. Turns out I was wrong, and it's now even more bewildering to me where the money went because it clearly was not spent on what they produced. I guess it's possible they never spent all of the money maybe?
Now, who could have foreseen the viewing figures for this being in the toilet? I am shocked, I tell you ...shocked! /contains 100% scathing sarcasm and many many LOLS.
That’s a bit disappointing but Disney-Marvel did impair its Goodwill, even if they don’t recognize it for financial statement purposes. I wonder if they have to do any IFRS footnotes… Regardless, it did likely cost less than the Acolyte, so it could be considered a success in relation to its respective budget.
Didn’t know it was marvel when I started watching Agatha. Finished episode 2 and I still couldn’t tell you I recognised it as marvel. It reminds me of s modern like bed knobs and broomsticks film but half as interesting. I’ll carry on watching just in case there is any decent story content gonna happen, but to be honest I’m not gonna hold my breath
I haven't watched it, but simply because I don't want to wait for each episode, I'd rather watch finished shows till that's finished then binge. I know many that do the same.
Who expected anything else? Agatha is a very niche character, normies have never heard of her. and since the Disney Marvel TV shows are made by people who have never read the comics, the few potential viewers who were fans of the comic character would not like the show anyway.

It's funny that a nearly all female cast is allowed, but we aren't allowed for a nearly all male cast in anything anymore. We aren't allowed to have our own things anymore but women can. Of course it's going to have less viewership when it caters towards a smaller audience. I'm curious on if it will retain the viewership numbers.
This show looks so boring and full of garbage cringe stuff.
Surprisingly it's not, boring yea, I don't think it's full of cringe, they're not bringing up something gqy every 5 seconds, they are sticking to the story
This show is just boring with nothing exciting or interesting happening at all. Not the worst show ever made but it's definitely not good by any means
Mostly.
GEEKY!!!! Yeeeeeaaaaaa. ^~^ but Agatha... is anyone really that surprised???
Worldwide women either burning money or having it burnt on them. So sure you want to advertise to them. But most of the money comes from men so if you straight out insult them they will give wives and girlfriends something else.
Women hate this crap too. Trust me I'm one show is complete dog sewage water. Us girls what romance between guys and girls. Why do you think Japan is doing so well in the entertainment department? Because they understand that traditional love family and values is what sells not giving everyone a piece of the pie just because especially when it'll never be enough for them anyway. LGBTQ crap isn't unique special or interesting anymore it's nothing but a joke nowadays anyway.
I managed to get through the acolyte, as for agatha I am struggling to watch the last episode which you'd would be the episode you'd fly through, I still haven't even started watching it yet and everytime I think about doing it my mind changes.
Kneon should present Geeky with a mock-up of his Clownfish TV coffee brand: Bubbly Steve floating upside down in coffee, with X's in his little eyes.
I cancelled my Disney+ sub after watching the last episode of the Acolyte on the day it dropped. I won't be back until Andor S2.....I'll watch Agatha at that time.
Low, low, how low can they go!?!
I am be surprise!?
The show would've done well if they'd gone the Hocus Pocus route, but it's looking more like a Charmed/Desperate Housewives hybrid. Even that could've been a hit on Netflix, but as a Marvel/Disney show, it's an odd duck. Also, the Acolyte comparisons are unfair - Acolyte had glaring issues from the very first scene, but Agatha seems decent for what it is.
A super hero show made for woman…while men have always been the large majority of the super hero fan base. Unless it was made on a show string budget, it was never going to succeed.
I am waiting to watch the Barbie movie that focuses on Ken working through his experiences in Afghanistan as a soldier.
@@horizonblack8351 You ok dude? I think you just had a mental breakdown.
@@pftburchell5197 you ok dude? Think your brain smashed again the brick wall
@@pftburchell5197 you ok dude? Someone's brain gone missing
You should go full on Wilkins Kofee. Fans will get A bang out of it. Also, imagine if 'Lizzie McGuire', and 'Hanna Montana' were remade into 'boy brands'.
"Larry Maguire" and "Harry Montana"
Kneon the floaty window went away 😭
Ghay....and Lhame
I like this, "Trust Me Bro" Analytics idea.
Trust me bro, we're gonna build back better.
Time for Disney to open the vault and release exclusive blu-ray bundles for $1K per series.
Well I watched the Acolyte cause it was Star Wars.. Have no interest at all in Agatha so no thanks not suffering through it like I did the Acolyte.
That’s a bit disappointing but Disney-Marvel did impair its Goodwill, even if they don’t recognize it for financial statement purposes. I wonder if they have to do any IFRS footnotes…
Regardless, it did likely cost less than the Acolyte, so it could be considered a success in relation to its respective budget.
I'm shocked shocked well not that shocked..
Maybe next time don't advertise the gayest Marvel show.
It's a show by middle aged women for middle aged women; makeup, clothes, wine, musical numbers, gossiping.. not exactly what the Marvel crowd wants.
Only two scenes so far were not good. Her nude scene and when they showed the guys boyfriend calling him. The rest has been okay so far.
Same crappy ideology, without even the remnant of the Star Wars fanbase.
...and it doesn’t draw as many viewers.
Nobody could see it coming.
I am shocked! Shocked! Okay not that shocked
Used to like the main actress; now just find her annoying.
She's always been a hit or miss with me. I HATE her in rent but I liked her a lot in wicked.
It seems to always be a coin toss with her.
We already know All Along that this one will stay in the abyss...
Another HUGE win for DEI and modern audiences!
Division.
Exclusion.
In-Equity.
Honestly a dismal castle for a fish tank would be incredible.
Oooohhh I was totally right! They said it couldn't be done, but I knew MCU had it in them!
These witches ain't got nothing on Hermione. #harrypotter
Walt would be so proud!
They will never learn hopefully when the stock tanks Elon will buy Disney
No Elon doesn't need to own yet another company
@@shocktncY?
@@shocktnc why not? Disney is buying up all these movie studios.
9:30 Keep in mind Geeky that the $250 million for The Acolyte is based on the filings as of September 2023. There are still costs to be accounted for since then, it is not only that AAA is short on its cost accounting.
I didn't even know it came out
