    Well, thank you once again. I have shared your stuff with my brother-in-law show almost passed with COVID. In his 50's. 7 weeks in hospital, 2 on ventilator, 2 weeks rehab, 2 weeks occupational therapy, taking catheter out this week. LOTS of info, but I know this will help him and my sister.     Hey Curtis, Shalom From The Holy Land, hard to believe i have been keeping pace with your exercises since April 2020. The one here with leg fluttering while rowing with weights is still the MOST challenging for me. Only due to your encouragement i keep pace with you, the same number of times. Do you have many over 70s who follow these programs, like myself?
