    Another great quick and effective workout Curtis. You come up with so many different moves working multiple parts of the body at the same time. Get more done in less time. YEAH

    When i move both legs out at one time ,it hurts my lower back . I do have spinal stenosis stenosis . Is there a modified version i can do with my legs to take pressure on my lower back for now till it get stronger. Thankyou

      Yes. If I move both legs at one time, you can just move one leg then move the other leg. Always consult with your Dr before starting any exercise program.
