    There is a group of six of us ladies that have been sharing exercise videos five days a week using zoom since the pandemic started for the last 2 1/2 years and we love all your videos. One of our members even created special beanbags that we use instead of tying our stretch bands. Thanks for helping us a stay healthy!

    Can't explain to you, how much your instructional workouts mean to me. I've not seen anyone else online quite like you. The best for me in senior workouts. I've been working out with you for over a year, however, I have not remained as consistent as I would like. No worries, I am on and popping now, and work out with you every morning, before I take my morning walks. I will keep you informed of my weight loss and other health benefits as a result. I understand you may not see my post. It just helps me to remain accountable. @Vitality4Life, please give this man a raise!!!

    Just found you Curtis and like your approach. I'm 71, 6'5" in Vancouver, BC, and during recovery gained an unheard of 40lbs -- in all the wrong places! I loathe it, and was looking for something "gentle and accessible" to begin rebuilding. You make this look totally enjoyable -- and possible!!! I'll be joining you -- and others -- on the road back to fitness. Thank You for your energy and programs.

    Hi, Thanks so much for great workouts. I search for workouts for my Mom (75 years old) and then send them to her. She absolutely loves you. Even though I'm not a senior (yet), I love your workouts too! Your combinations really make me think - so many moves in 1 sequence! Very refreshing. I told my Mom I'd find another one of your videos that she would like and she told me to not bother because she knew how to find you and had already done more!     Great job. I have been doing most of your exercises. Enjoyed the advance senior and would like more. Yours are the best since you mix things up and I don’t get bored like so many others 👍😄
