Curtis I have only discovered u in the last year. I am very thankful for u. I have servere Arthritis so I have became fully with my joints I was born with it. And I have a kidney transplant but I can't do high impact exercise so your chair challenge and Bat Wing moves r are so good for me. I am 70 years old. Doctor says you need to do core strengthening exercises. I have been surfing for some time, And can’t seem to find my niche until I found you this morning. Starting tomorrow got my band and chair ready and anxious to get at it.

Good MORNING! Very nice. Along with the BALANCE moves, I very much appreciate the MUSCLE toning. I lost weight the first time, but then had all the saggy leftover skin, and COVID shut down my gym, so wasn't quite sure what to do. THEN my non existent METABOLISM played a huge part in my gaining it all back. I'm losing again, but after working out with you for a couple of months, my arms and legs are shaping up quickly. I also appreciate the education. Never heard of the "CHAMPAGNE" move. Muscle strengthening and Balance will also make my "TAI CHI" moves a lot more powerful. Love it! My daughter will love these also. Thank you.

Another brilliant workout. Appreciate the range of videos that Curtis produces. Tried this one after noticing upper arm wobble when waving off visitors recently. Always find these videos keep me coming back rather than putting me off exercise. I’m going to do this one 3 or 4 times a week (would that be enough?) and see if any sign of muscle return….think my triceps have just turned to string.
