    Hi Curtis, never thought before to share the following with you. I have all your saved exercise video clips on my cellphone. Therefore I can do the exercises whenever I go on vacation. I live in Israel, but now am at a Spa Relaxation Resort in Cyprus. Just finished this workout at 7:00 A.M., now for a morning swim.

      Today I used 2 of the plastic one litre spring water bottles the Spa gives us. We have a private cabin in the woods, so have privacy to do the workout.

    Another good workout. I love the hotel there in your background. It makes me want to take a vacation there. And, I like the minute of wellness. My health insurance offers classes and I took a balance class a few years ago and it has been so helpful. Thanks for all the great information and cardio.

    I CAN DO THIS!! Thank you, Curtis!! I am a baby-boomer with arthritis in my lumbar spine. I own many workout DVD's, mostly chair yoga. While these are beneficial, I wanted something that would fit the following perameters: (1) doesn't require me to get down on the floor (there's a lot of that in yoga) (2) a workout that would challenge me, but not be impossible (3) get my heart rate up a bit (4) enable me to do the workout in a chair, if I needed to.
    Your workout did ALL of these! Thanks so much! You are a Godsend! Bless you!

    I don't know who you are, but I like what I see. Someone I know recommended you and encouraged to take a look at your posts. I now I will recommend you to a co-worker, hoping she will be motivated and does it at least three time a week. When she see's results I know she will increase her days. :)

    Most of these exercises I could do standing. Are there modifications for standing instead of sitting? ( the sitting is fun, esp for abs) thank you!!!

      Hi Maryanne, Im glad you are enjoying the exercise program. First thing you should do is consult with your Dr before you start any exercise routine. You should be doing Low impact workouts and if you have a pool available to you that would be great also. This is not a one size fits all! what works for you might not work for someone else. We are all different. Just walking and getting your body warm is a great cardio exercise. I always stress caution when exercising start slow and as you get stronger and you start feeling better ask your Dr if its ok for you to take the next step. By the way my exercises are Low Impact! lol I hope this helped.

      Lol. so sorry! The hardest thing to do is balancing a class of peopl that are between the age of 60 to 90. You can't make it so easy that the people that are 60 lose interest but you can't make to difficult for the people that are 90. Please don't be mad! I love my 55+ people! Thanks Sweet Thing.

    Your exercises are great, especially for me as I recover from a hip replacement. However, you need to get another camera man. This is not art, it is instruction. When you say "Step back", I need to see your FEET, not your wonderful smile. This is typical of exercise videos. The camera guy is thinking about zooms/pans/beauty rather than the usefulness of what he is doing.

      @@cfprpg1812 example if I'm doing a chest press I'm exhaling on the press and inhaling eccentric movement. I was training a lady along time ago and she had a tendency to hold her breath. I made her chew gum as she trained and she never held her breath any more. Please tell your mom I have a National TV show called a new way 2 move.
