Well, my approximately 200 year old L&N Railroad bunk house is 17 feet by 45 feet two stories with now enclosed two story porch along one side. So, it is smaller inside than it looks outside as you drive by. Still, with all the interior doors lined up along one side on the first floor, shotgun house style, the rooms are of a decent size. The single bathroom was cut out of the rear room when it was added, making that room smaller. And the stairs to the second floor are exterior to the upstairs porch, which as I said is now enclosed. All the upstairs rooms have separate entrances off the porch, but also doors between the three rooms. Non of the second floor has electrical outlets yet. That pie house looks cool
I wish some of the more affordable houses had 2 bedrooms. It seems as if most of the people living in the smaller homes don’t have children. I would love to do this but would have to have 2 bedrooms so my son isn’t sleeping in the same room as us until he is 18! Lol
I only want a house i can call home. A house for me should have room for gym equipment, so i can have my daily workouts i so desperately needs
Glad to see the inventors of the TARDIS have gone into real estate.
Congrats at 10 million subscribers
Seems like there'd be so much negativity attached to the spite house.
If it was what they could afford to build at the time, good for them.
9:51 I think I have heard of this builder, Dan Phillips, before. What a genius!
my dream is to live in a mini house, with cats and a dog, and i won't give up the mini house part lol
So you are negotiable on the cat and dog part
@@austinclayton8456 im just saying, that i might have multiple dogs too 😅
Finally you guys started with the picture so it's just not clickbait
Be amazed your vidios are so interesting to watch and entertaining 😀
Thank you for actually including the videos thumbnail first instead of making somebody watch the entire video just to see it
I will live in any of those, any day.
I love the boot and hat house
keep up the super good content love your vids
295,000 wow you cannot even get a one bedroom condo where I live for that price , Vancouver canada is expensive
Cute house, but, the opening picture of this video is quite deceptive. I thought the whole house was just three feet wide. Yet, it expands at one side to accommodate larger things. I was like - """ There's no way someone could live in a 3 ft wide house ! """ Then, I saw how it expands. 😉
Ive passed by la casa estrecha! Im always visiting san juan, its a really nice place to go to, but ive never seen the house on the inside so its nice to see it for once
That wouldn’t last long in tornado states
Yes indeed, unless you could drive it out yourself in enough time to escape.
@@FurnitureFan yes but good luck with that. Some of those suckers travel at 60 mph
Looks like a good wind will come by and knock it over
“Its not about the outside, its about the inside”-Unkown
Actually I used to live in a apartment with 1 and a half bathrooms, but we didn't call it a half bathroom obviously. We nick named the bathroom the "closet bathroom" becuse it was relatively small, there was room to move a small bit, but that's it. I dont know why I felt the need to comment this, but still! Also love your videos!
I respect everyone who were involved in this Seriously the best piece that i ve ever seen on TH-cam 💌 Hate off to well all 💟 love your videos ❤ .
This is a bot right?
Loved them all...but the spite home with the 2 brothers and the last one stood out the most...so # last 👈😊🇯🇲
Wow! Btw, I live in Louisiana and I'm just shocked that a house like these are in my hometown!😎😏😆
Yay! We're in a video on TH-cam!! You know? Bey, if this happened to you wouldn't you be happy that your hometown is in a video??? Js😎
Wow, these homes are awesome !!!
My family’s house has 3 bathrooms and like 4 bed rooms so yeah I’m living the life
It really isn't about size, it's how you use it: right RIGHT! 😂😂😂😂😂 dude you're hilarious, LUV u so much, and i also LOVE 😍😍 THE LOGO OF THE CHANNEL AND IT'S EXPRESSIONS 💓💓💓
This channel has become an important part of my life (FOR REAL), also i loved the siblings house a lot
Pie house Illinois was built in my town Deerfield Illinois. People were So curious when it was built .Because everyone else was building McMansions at the time. Perfect for the little slice of life in Deerfield! 🏡🥇🥂
I mean, every single one of these houses are bigger than a standard apartment room which many people and even families already manage to live in, anyways.
I don't feel so bad now after getting divorced and having to sell my 2000 Sq Ft house and move back in my 1200 Sq Ft townhome that was my rental. Still have 0.3-acre lot and I dropped $1500 a month off of my monthly bills.
Humble brag.
😭That first "pie house" has more bathrooms the my house
