I loved the D&D part of this video. If you’re a dice goblin like me, you always have a lot of different sets to play with depending on what class, race or alignment you’re playing as so this kind of thing doesn’t happen unless you’re able to actually limit your sets of dice you can use. I miss playing with my dice… I haven’t played any D&D in person since Covid happened but on the bright side, I’ve been able to refrain from buying more dice sets because of it. I’m sure my bank account appreciates that lol.

I like how the animator took the time to animate what we could basically already see from the photo, like the old lady moving the bed or the old trucker having half of his face aging. I'm not complaining though. A lot of times these kind of videos show something and then the voice annoyingly repeats what we could already tell on our own. In this case the commentary is well written and any redundancy is clearly planned to add clarity.
We lived in a tiny old house when I was expecting our first child. My husband and father went through 6 layers of wallpaper (each had been painted over) before getting to the walls in the nursery. It was educational. At 11:00, speaking of blades, I have learned that carbon steel, when properly sharpened, will retain its edge after use if washed and dried before setting in its block - and putting it blade-side down dulls it too. Personal experience is also educational by virtue of success.

As a silver stacker and coin collector, I need to point out that the worn out coin is called (In my circles) a Peace Dollar. The other one that you compared it to is called a Morgan silver dollar...two entirely diff coins. :)
I was just going to point that out. If there were a bunch of them, I'd say he was sweating. You probably know that sweating is taking a bunch of precious metal coins and shaking them in a bag to wear off bits of metal to sell while making the coins look simply worn but still worth face value and not look tampered with.
1:05 This happened at my grandparents house just a bit different. My grandparents moved in like 20ish years ago. When they moved in, they put a couch in they’re living room, and the carpet they had was soft and sort of squishy. Just few weeks ago they moved furniture out of their living room to get it repainted, and you could see and feel the different between where the couch was and where it wasn’t.
My grandma lived in her house for over 60 years, the floor around her bed was completly scratched everywhere and when we moved her bed for the first time in 60 years, the floor underneat her bed was a completly different color and looked completly brand new.
My grandma lived in her house for over 35 years. I lived there until I was 10. The laundry room was where out dogs went to the bathroom. The door leading to the kitchen had a huge worn down area when my dog Shep would scratch to let us know he was done.
Let me unfold the mystery around the extra path on 10:05. I bet that photo was taken in some post soviet city. You could see such path near any Л-type (Л is a Cyrillic letter) pole in small post soviet cities. This path appears there because it is believed that passing under the pole brings bad luck of some kind. The exact type of bad luck changes from place to place. In town where I grew up such path under the pole was called Demons Gate, and it was believed that if you pass under it you would bring trouble on yourself. It's a very old superstition and no one really knows where it came from.
Time in my eyes can make you more humble especially if your a kid and you can't wait to grow up and it takes ages in your eyes but as soon as you turn 18 20 years has passed in what feels like a blink of an eye and the wrinkles start to play hide and seek. Seeing these clips of time just makes me appreciate we only get one go around and we should wear out our life and make every moment count.
@10:37, the trail is caused by people walking around because a large spider most likely resides there and sets up a large, sticky icky web that people do not want to partake in, once they do so once. I personally do the same thing around other random poles that are close to each other that a spider could obviously set up a web in between.
TIME is, has to be the most "powerful" force in the universe. Absolutely "no-one" can argue with it, cheat it or hide from it. It takes "whatever" it wants, "whoever" it wants, "however" it wants, "whenever" it wants - and "no-one" can stop it or stand in its way.
@@jamiyaeger4156: Naah!!! they're way too cheesy - and way too much of a light-weight to hold any power - that is, unless they have more going on between those buns which is hiding below the radar 🤔😀😁🙃🍔 And maybe even more powerful with fries and coleslaw (you never know).
I built those drill bits for a few years, 10k is on the lowside. On average the one you showed runs about 60k with diamond plated teeth is about 80k each
Edit: Literally _no one_ is making you read my comment! Nobody cares that you think it's long! If you don't want to read it, keep scrolling and keep your shitty complaints about something that has NOTHING to do with you to yourself! Some people actually enjoy reading about something sweet and sentimental! If that's not you, move along!! For those who actually care and wish to read something sweet about my now deceased dog when she was still alive, proceed [and thank you! 😊💚]: The dog dancing in place had me tearing up. I had to let my old girl go last Tuesday and today I received a sympathy card from the vet's office with her paws prints and something that I didn't immediately recognize...until I flipped it around. They took an ink imprint of her the end of her muzzle which shows her nose and mouth and even the base of her whiskers. She used to do that happy little "tap dance" of anticipation whenever I would get out clothes to put on her. I never, _ever_ thought I'd be the weirdo who dressed their dog but after moving North from the Gulf Coast with my short-haired dog, the snow left us both shivering! It's a bit harder to find clothes for larger dogs and so I tailored an adult small hoodie to fit her by taking in the sides, removing the sleeves, shortening them, and placing them in the correct spot for doggy forelegs. She LOVED it and would get super excited when I pulled it out! To the point of running around the room sneezing and doing the anxious little tap-dance-in-place, which was accompanied by a whine if I wasn't moving fast enough for her liking! She'd then strut around the house and show off, making everybody fuss over her and tell her she's pretty and pet her! 😂 She thought she needed clothes ALL the time and if she saw me getting dressed, she'd stick her neck out as far as possible, waiting for me to put it over her head. And lord help me if it wasn't for her and I didn't put anything on her! She wouldn't look at me and would sit and ignore me, pouting! She would even try and shove her fat head in onesies and shirts when I was trying to dress the babies I babysat over the years! Who has to fight over clothes with a 75lb dog while trying to dress a baby?! 😂😂 She gave me the best 8 years and 9 months of my life and I'm sooo not okay without her here! If you are reading this and have a pet, give them an extra cuddle and tell them you love them every chance you get! RIP Deja Vu! 💜💜💜 I hope you're doing your happy tap dance and wearing all your favorite clothes, wherever your precious soul has landed.
@@juderuzicka7437 because it's lengthy and people see "a lot" of words and don't even bother trying to read it. Which is fine; if they can't bother to read more than a sentence or 2, they don't deserve to share in the joy that was my precious pup and her story! 🤷🏻♀️😊 but thank you for reading and appreciating my baby girl! It feels sooo GOOD to know she's still spreading happiness and smiles despite her passing on! 🥰💜

At 10:00 - There's a similar setup on a sidewalk around the park near my house. The beam on the right has a fairly steep angle to it. Notice the "excursion" around the pole is only on the right side (as shown in the video). A person on a bike when passing through on the right side of the sidewalk can easily injure their head. And, if they're traveling fast, it could be a serious injury. Just approaching that point gives you a real sense of foreboding. So either the fear of hitting your head on it, or the lessons learned by actually bumping into it, will send you around the outside. It's way more a problem for people on a bike, because you're up higher, and moving faster, but a lot of times you'll see tall people going around the outside as well.
U wrong. This pic was taken in Poland and there is an superstition not to go under the ladder, and so Polish ppl are super superstitious so they took it one step further ;)
8:43. That’s why when you buy a used car… depending on where you live, always check underneath- especially in New York where every winter we salt our roads- you’ll be surprised how much the salt degrades the metals underneath!
10:28 the bent pole gives an image of unstable structure to human brain and since human brain always wants to avoid unstable structures because they are dangerous it signals body to avoid it or maybe we subconsciously think that path is block and that pole is an obstacle we tend to avoid it.
@@someguy3276 yeah, but we are talking about age where superstition is already formed. So it's only natural for people to avoid arcs, when thier parents litteraly told them that walking under such arcs is a bad omen
@@bujolg4196 but 1 person walking around obstacles doesn't create a path, there need to be 100 of people waking over it every single day and a doubt 100 of people will walk the same path everyday which means that path will not be formed but the fact that the path is formed clearly means that the brain is at fault here not some superstition.
The reasoning for going round the outside, is due to the puddles of water leftover from rain/snow If you look at the white paint on the light pole. Specks of paint have been washed away from water being splashed by passing vehicles. No drainage & the uneven ground(trail being higher ground) each puddle formed probably lasted for days. Also the second pole is there for stability, due to the soft/wet ground.
Dropped a like Because I’m sure producer of this video worked hard and even sourced custom animations more than likely paid for them as well. Good work deserved 8m subs
You should make another one because this is great I love your channel you should make much more on all the subjects you have done with this like all the creepy stuff and all they’re not creepy stuff
13:18 for me it's either the gooiness of the paint or the radius. since spray paint doesn't form circles (but rather cylinders/cutted cones) it can be very thick.
The extra path comes from large groups walk-in or bike riding over a period of time. It was common to see a path around a ground wire beside a side walk growing up for me

It is definitely a peace dollar
Dude i was looking for this comment
Yeah it was slightly painful to see the comparison. But wow has that peace dollar seen some wear and tear.
Duuuude I collect coins too :D

This happened at my grandparents house just a bit different.

@10:37, the trail is caused by people walking around because a large spider most likely resides there and sets up a large, sticky icky web that people do not want to partake in, once they do so once. I personally do the same thing around other random poles that are close to each other that a spider could obviously set up a web in between.
well thats a long way to say "big spider scary me no want walk there"

For those who actually care and wish to read something sweet about my now deceased dog when she was still alive, proceed [and thank you! 😊💚]:
The dog dancing in place had me tearing up.
She thought she needed clothes ALL the time and if she saw me getting dressed, she'd stick her neck out as far as possible, waiting for me to put it over her head.
She gave me the best 8 years and 9 months of my life and I'm sooo not okay without her here! If you are reading this and have a pet, give them an extra cuddle and tell them you love them every chance you get!
RIP Deja Vu! 💜💜💜 I hope you're doing your happy tap dance and wearing all your favorite clothes, wherever your precious soul has landed.
Why doesn’t this have more likes she sound so cute 🥰

May God bless you in your time of loss

U wrong. This pic was taken in Poland and there is an superstition not to go under the ladder, and so Polish ppl are super superstitious so they took it one step further ;)

the bent pole gives an image of unstable structure to human brain and since human brain always wants to avoid unstable structures because they are dangerous it signals body to avoid it or maybe we subconsciously think that path is block and that pole is an obstacle we tend to avoid it.
Nope, its just an old superstition in eastern Europe
😲
@@bujolg4196 superstitions forms because of the way brain takes in information.

Also the second pole is there for stability, due to the soft/wet ground.

since spray paint doesn't form circles (but rather cylinders/cutted cones) it can be very thick.
9:37 I’m SO glad not everything gets worn down from repeated pulling.
The extra path comes from large groups walk-in or bike riding over a period of time. It was common to see a path around a ground wire beside a side walk growing up for me
I agree. From bicycles. Someone riding a bike, the height might be too high and come to close to the cross pole.
